Molestation charges can't be filed without Tapur's consent, which seems difficult after PP ke kartoot, and no one knows about his role in the poisoning and blast yet.

Obsession is not a crime either... What crimes he committed due to the obsession is what counts...

But abhi Bon only knows about kidnapping and false death, and Ani possibly knows about Binoy... So they can use these three only for now...

Molestation can only be added once Tapur consents, and blast and poison wagaira needs to come out before that is added...
