i agree...but there are ways of saying things...its not usually what you say but HOW you say it...and instead of giving constructive crticism properly, he just outright insulted them by pretty much calling them circus freaks...that was totally uneeded

sajid needs to learn his manners...and im not saying this in a biased "sharad-fan" way...but because i saw the other parts and how he acted towards the other contestants

Criticism is fine, I dont think any of us should object if Sharad is criticized in some sort of way but Sajid has no manners. It seems as if he is looking down on the television stars and thats one thing I hate! Even Saif didn't look interested. I can't stand it when bollywood stars look down on television stars, its pathetic and rather insecure! Thats why I didn't like what Sajid said! He looks at every contestant as if he's disgusted with them!

yea exactly that's wat i said, both of them wud have rather been elsewhere!! then y do something u dont wanna do? 😕 And YHJ kept saying that best thing of show is no judges then y do they keep bringing sajid every week!!

yes totally agree with Reemz and Anonymous....criticism is good but the way you criticize can make or break your point.....even when you appreciate someone it has to be done the right way.....

Here is an example....when a parent is telling their kid that he/she is fat...
MOM SAYS: You look so fat that I can see bags of fat everywhere please take care
Kid's reaction: hate my mom...she does not love me....only can see my faults...
DAD SAYS: Please reduce I am worried about you so much I don't want you to suffer heart problems in old age...if anything bad would happen to you I would die..
Kid's reaction: My dad cares so much about me I should lose weight!

So moral is criticizing should be done in a good way otherwise the point it it trying to carry across is lost...If Sharad made some mistakes they should be gentle and carefully tell him where and when stressing that they do care about him and want him to do better....not in a way that makes him feel his performance was the worst of them all...

Criticism should make him want to rise and motivate him and not distress him/ not make his future performance bad....

Lol [mghurye] sorry don't know your name...you've made a great point there ...and that's the level the judges should go to aswell...if they go any futher...it does get kinda rude na...i agree with you all totally Sajid Khan went a bit next level...in my opinion he has always been lyk that init 😛 😆

NO offence to him but I've always found Sajid a cartoon 😕 He's so busy trying to be funny he doesnt care or realize how rude he gets. He's so annoying whenever he's hosting shows and all.
