1. All other serials are crap IMO

2. The 'villain' has a sort of valid reason to be mad...though she should have more shades to her character than just evil

3. Sharad and Divyanka are amazing actors with perfect chemistry

4. The storyline is pretty unique with the obvious unnecessary cliches thrown in the way that can be ignored if you only look at the good stuff

5. Everyone doesnt cry every single day like all the other ridiculous serials

6. Its just completely fresh and 'young' without the stupid 'saas-bahu' crap
