Can I get an overview?

So, I kind of stopped watching this about a couple months back, when Sagar was still crazy.....

And i just randomly decided to watch the Sept. 21 epi....and I am totally lost.

Can anyone give me a quick little wrap up....how did he become sane....how is their relationship (sagar and vid), and just whats going on.
