I'm new to this serial so I wanted to know...

Does Vidya have a son? When and Where did this son come from?

If Vidya married Saagar while he was acting like a little child, then their marriage is about 2 or less years old. Even then it would take atleast 9 months for a baby.

And that boy that calls Vidya "ma" looks a lot older than 1 year old.

Can someone help me out here?

Sagar's old girlfriend Surili came when Sagar was sick and said that it's their child. In the end she was proven false, but the grew fond of the child and adopted him.
