hi all !

welcome to the new twist in the tale.

actually this twist that the husband (sagar) not only forgets his wife as one of the news item tells us and also that his wife will be introduced as the woman who took care of him when he was sick reminds me a very old and beautiful black and white movie in bengali starring uttam kumar and suchitra sen. the movie name was ' shaath pake bandhan' i suppose it means the seven pheras taken at time of wedding. there the hero regains back his old memory and forgets his pretty wife who also happens to be doctor (thats how he meets her)whom he had married at the time of amnesia. but he doesnot remember anything. and infact to be near him the heroine becomes his niece's teacher. and the movie goes very well.
infact in one of the interaction when the husband asks ,does your husband not take care of you or something like that, she replies ,'oh no, he is very nice'.

old wine in new bottle! wow! but quite interesting actually!

Infact when I saw the scene where Sagar does'nt recognise her in the airport and she was trying hard to remind him of their days together, it reminded me of the scene between Kamalhassan and Sridevi in the movie "Sadma" in the railway station, how he helped her get cured, and in the end she forgets him totally, and thinks he is a crazy begger or something and throws some food at him..that was a really heartwrenching scene..

quite true !in fact, the creatives seem to be taking the story line from old well known movies.

and by the way if i remember sadma , the movie ended there by leaving the viewers also in distress and feeling sorry for the hero. but now our story is going beyond that point. now the twist is how the wife will tell her husband that she was married to him when he was unwell.

but still the this serial is very fresh. and the actors are doing a very good job.
in fact the serial has much more to offer.:) here there is case of adopted son sameer too in the tale.

Yes there is lot of scope for the storyline to develop from this juncture..hope the creatives do full justice to the show..it will be very gripping and interesting to watch Sagar Vidya interactions in the upcoming episodes, with her being his ex-caretaker..

oh yes, i mentioned before in one of my earlier posts that the airport scene in dulhann was loosely inspired by sadma's ending.😊 but sadma has a sad ending, i doubt dulhann will have the same. hopefully at least in this story, we'll get to see a happy ending to a classic love story.😛

Now it'll be interesting to watch how Sagar treats Vidya.
