This week's discussion of the week is based on Forgive and Forget. It's so easy for us to say to somebody to Forgive and Forget..but is it really that easy to forgive and forget??

Do you think its really that easy to forgive and forget?

It's easy to forgive and forget isf the issue did not hurt you as much! To forgive a person for an incident that did not hurt you externally or internally as severely may be easy or if the person does not hold much significance in your life, you may easily forgive and forget the issue...Now, it's wise to not indulge in "tit for tat" because what difference would remain in that person and you? Yet, it's always intelligent to let the other person clearly know how you hurt felt with their ill treatment , this will let the other person know of your feelings, let them understand you better and tell them not to repeat it again...In Vidya's case, I personally think even though her charm lies in her goodness and whole hearted forgiveness, it's wise to let everyone know that even though the turmoilous times are over, she felt hurt with the accusations hurled at her, because they may repeat this mistake again and again, plus they may think she won't mind it all, but by speaking up, it would firm their trust in her.

Do you think Vidya was wrong in forgiving the family?

We definitely feel annoyment and a tad little irritation at Vidya forgiving everyone, yet somehow she feels happier forgiving people..Although I feel she should clearly have let them all know how much they hurt her by always distrusting her, and asking for a promise for them not to mistrust her again... In her perception forgiving them is right, but logically it is good not to indulge in tit for tat yet speaking up is always healthy!

Do you think Sagar's mother and the family will learn from this mistake and never suspect Vidya again?

No, for the time being they will boldly state of their "immense trust" in Vidya, yet they may repeat the mistake again..They don't seem to learn from their mistakes and Vidya isn't helping by showing it to them...By repeating these mistakes no one will be happy, whether their forgiven later or not, the important thing is, how healthy is this? Wouldn't it be easier if they just trusted Vidya, and not jump to conclusions, this way trouble will not enwrap them around it's little finger every time!!

You know Yuvika, I missed Dulhann yesterday coz of the cricket match and then today I missed the first 10mins. 😭 Only saw Vidya running off....awww even Saagar was crying! So cute! 😳 omg Reemz it was such an emotional episode...felt sorry 4 Vidya, she heard taunts from EVERY single member, and stupid moti chachi didnt even say that Vidya was with me all the time so couldnt have put Samir in the water...but no moti chachi decided 2 keep her gob shut😡..yh Sagar was crying, he was heart seeing Vidya in tears, magar still he duznt treat her right..KAISA YEH PYAR HAI??

NO yaar, it's never easy to forgive and forget!! But it's not impossible! I think the ablity to forgive and forget is something which not every human has!! For some people its easy to forget and forgive, because they have the strong believe that forgiving and forgetting gives humans the biggest happiness! and i think at some point that's kinda true! BUt to me i know i can try to forget things and forgive people at some extent, but i'm not always able to forget things!!!😉

Welll, seeVidya is a very sensitive person, who is so good that she can forgive people easily! Well, let's say i don't thinkshe was wrong, bu ti think she forgave them too soon😉

Nah!!! not at all, and we have already seen that before!! Suspecting Vidya is like a common thing for them, They'll def. start suspecting her after some time again and then they'll get easliy forgiven by Vidya too😡

Chinu has always been the one who's supported Vidya, i suppose because he was the one who saw Vidya's true qualities first, i mean Sagar's parents saw Vidya later, but Chinu after seeing Vidya realised she was the one for Sagar and from that day on has shown full faith in her, so why cant the rest of the family do the same??

well, i guess not everyone is so smart as Chinu!! 😆Chinu is really a hira yaar!😉 Shalu is a lucky girl😛

And lastly, should mistakes which Sagar and his family have made by suspecting Vidya be forgiven?? Do you even think they have realised their mistakes??? To me it seems they all think its some joke, they suspect Vidya, aplogise, suspect her again and apologise again? i mean what is this some sort of JOKE???

not a joke yar, they think it's a game i think😡!! i mean they are always ready to suspect Vidya, aplogise then , suspect her again and apologise again... gosh and so on....!!!🤢 But kya karen, it's Vidya's naseeb i think😭

I have always loved the character of Chinu. He is like Lakshman who is always by Ram and Sita. He has always stood by Vidya no matter what, through thick or thin. The rest of them family, as it shown, is very easily strayed, they get into whatever other people tell them or whatever is shown to them, but Chinu is a stable character who doesn't let others shape his opinions on matters and people.

Exactly, since Vidya forgives them so easily, they just have made it a joke. They blame, insult, doubt, question and degrade Vidya and then when someone comes along and opens their eyes, they flow a few tears, say sorry and move on. If my loved ones, whom I love more than myself did that to me (hopefully they never will😆) I wouldn't be abe to forgive and forget so easily. I wouldn't be angry but I would be hurt. I would question them about our relationship. Ask them that was the bond of our love so weak that when circumstances changed, so did their love and faith? I would ask them why did they not come to clear their misconceptions? Why did they choose to trust a strangers' words rather than mine? What do I have to do to completely gain their trust?
