Nothing much happens in this episode but it was sort of a culmination to the Flashback. 😊 Its sweet.😊

Episode 6

Saagar's mother walks towards the door and Vidya turns round to her but looks downwards.

Maa: (touches Vidya's left cheek) Vidya…yeh sab.

Vidya: (Holds maa's hand and brings it down) Maa jo ho raha hai, woh hone di jiye. Ab humein mat rokiye (tearful)

Maa gives up and walks away leaving Vidya feeling guilty. Vidya turns round again to see Saagar standing, whom looks away as she walks towards him.

Vidya: Woh mera ticket ka intezaam-

Saagar: (walks towards the cupboard pretending to find something) Haa…woh kal subhe jayege toh jaldi mil jayegi.

Vidya: (nods her head) Hmm.

Vidya turns round to take her pillow and bedding so she can sleep on the floor, as she has always done. But as Vidya leans down to take the pillow, a hand stops her…

Saagar: Tumhe neeche sone ki koi zaroorat nahin hai. Vaise bhi kal- (stops himself from saying the words. Both look at each other uncomfortably).

Vidya: (still takes the pillow and gets up) Kal aur aaj mein bahut farq hai.

She gives Saagar a sturdy look and walks away. Saagar bites his bottom lip and shakes his head. Vidya prepares her bedding on the floor, lies down and Saagar does the same on the bed. He notices that Vidya hasn't got a blanket, Saagar gets up again and offers his own.

Saagar: (with attitude) Yeh lo

Vidya: (still lying down turning away from Saagar) Nahin hum teekh hai

Saagar: (gets annoyed) Zidd kyon kar rahi ho. Kaha na le loh

Vidya: Aur maine bhi kaha ke mujhe nahin chahiye

Saagar: (Grits his teeth) Fine!!

He storms off back in to his bed and throws the blanket away from his body. Both pretend to sleep while in reality they are thinking about tomorrow and what it will bring. After a few minutes, Vidya turns herself towards the bed and Saagar looks down, both catch each other. Their expressions clearly show how much they want to converse with each other but Vidya becomes firm again and turns the other way again. She holds her mangalsutra as Saagar continues to look at her throughout the night, hoping she may just turn to face him again.

The Next Morning

Saagar flickers his eyelid as he slowly consumes the morning sunlight. He sleepily turns towards the cabinet and looks at his desk clock, its 8am, he quickly widens his eyes and gets up in a jiffy.

Saagar: (calls out) Vidya!!

Mr India and Cheenu come in to the room seeing Saagar in a baffled position, they stand by his bed.

Saagar: Cheenu, Vidya kaha hai?

Cheenu: (casually) Bhabhi toh yaha nahin hai.

Saagar: (ghastly) Kya?

Saagar gets out of bed hurriedly.

Saagar: (desperately) Kisi ne Vidya ko roka nahin…woh aise kaise jaa sakti hai. (runs his hands through his hair).

Chinu and Mr.India look confused

Chinu: Dada, aap parishaan kyon ho rahe hai, Bhabhi nashta tayar karahi hai.

Saagar rushes quickly downstairs, still in pyjamas and his white banyan. He rushes in to the kitchen. Saagar notices Vidya cooking away and tries to get his breath back. Vidya turns around and Saagar pretends to act cool.

Vidya: (frowns and is still sounding depressed) Aap ko kya hua?

Saagar: (breathes heavily) Nahin..uh..woh. (looks around) Woh mein Bharat ko dhundh raha tha. Tumhe pata hai kaha hai who?

Vidya: (shakes her head)

Chinu and Mr.India come from behind, Chinu taps Saagar on the shoulder which makes him jump.

Mr.India: Mr.Ocean tum bhaage kyon room se jab humne yeh bataya ke mami kitchen main hai.

Saagar's face drops and Vidya raises her eyebrows in a pleasant shock. Chinu and Bharat continue to look confused. Saagar laughs uneasily and gives awkward glances towards Vidya.

Vidya: Lekin abhi aap ne kaha….

Saagar: (quickly changes the subject) Arre mein toh bhuli gaya. Chinu, Bharat…tumhe Sindoora di bula rahi hai. Jaldi jao….jao…jao na (pushes them away)

Saagar turns to give an anxious smile.

Vidya: (smiles) Hum aapko bina nashta karvaye toh nahin jaa sakte na.

Saagar is stunned and gives another nervous smile.

Vidya: Lekin phir…. (Saagar becomes serious) humein jaana hoga.

Saagar closes his lips, nods his head and walks away. Vidya is left upset.

In Saagar-Vidya's bedroom

Saagar puts on his casual clothes on today. Vidya enters the room and comes from behind….

Vidya: Aap aaj office nahin jaa rahe?

Saagar: (turns around) Nahin aaj maine chuti li hai

Vidya: Kyon?

Saagar: Kyon kya? Aaj tum jaa rahi ho. Toh tumhe station chorne kaun aayega?

Vidya: Lekin humein chorke aap office toh jaa sakte hai na.

Saagar: (closes his lip and shakes his head) Mm-mm. (looks Vidya in to her eyes) Nahin jaa paooga.

Vidya looks down without saying a word.

Saagar: Chale? (He walks past her)

Vidya: Suniye? (Saagar turns around) Woh Aniketh jijai jab vapas aayege toh aap kya kahege unse? (pauses) Hum kyon chale gaye?

Saagar: (walks towards her) Main yeh kahuga ke …(right up to her now) Vidya ko ab iss ghar ki parva nahin hai, woh sab ko chor ke jaane chahti thi….aapko, maa ko…chinu ko, bharat ko. (Vidya looks down) Aur mujhe bhi. (raises one eyebrow) Kyon? Sach ke raha hu na mein?

Vidya: (looks him in to his eyes) Lekin aap jaante hai ke yeh sach baat nahin hai.

Saagar: Toh kya hai sach baat Vidya? Tum ke rahi thi ke tumhari yahan rehne ki wajah nahin ,lekin tumhare jaane ki bhi wajah nahin hai.

Vidya is silent for a while.

Vidya: Hum chalein?

As Vidya walks past, Saagar shakes his head and looks up to the ceiling in despair.

FLASHBACK ENDS

Saagar suddenly stops his car, which angers the drivers behind him. But he ignores them and wipes the tear coming out of his left eye. He leans his head back on the chair.

On the train Vidya's tears drop on Saagars photo.
