Well this part is totally based on their friendship not any SV or SS romantic scenes. Hope u guys dont mind for that.
Part 54 - Is this the end?
Sagar and Vidya are hell shocked after what Sanju said. They just can't believe their ears. Sagar, who was standing in front of the bed where Sahil was sitting, rushes to Sahil, hugs him and cries. Here, Sanju is crying on Vidya's arms while Vidya is also crying. All four are crying continuously when Sahil thinks, "Mujhe himmat rakhni hogi. Agar main aise tut jayunga toh phir yeh sab sahe nahi payenge. I need to be brave. After all I can't see my best friends crying like this." Thinking this, he holds Sagar on his arms, pushes him back, wipes off his tears and tells him with a determined look, "Sagar please tu aise mat ro. Please i beg. Main apne best friend ko aise nahi dekh sakta. Dekh tu agar aise royega toh meri jitni himmat hai utni bhi nahi rahegi. So please dont cry buddy." Sagar stops crying hearing that but he doesn't say a single word. Sahil gets up from bed and goes to Vidya and Sanju. He hugs him and says, "Guys please don't cry. Mujhe kuch nahi hoga. Himmat rakho and please stop crying." Vidya, Sanju and Sahil break their hug and Sahil cutely wipes off tears from Sanju's and Vidya's cheeks. He tells them, "Main apne friends ke aakho mein aasu tolerate nahi kar sakta. So please don't cry. Dekho tum tino hi toh meri himmat ho. Hum charo ki dosti ke vajaah se hi maine himmat nahi haari. Aur main tum tino se bhi yehi expect karunga ke tum log himmat naa haaro. At least for the sake of our true friendship." Vidya and Sanju seem convinced now and stop crying. Then all three go to Sagar. Sahil tells all three of them, "Please guys tum log aise udaas mat ho. Dekho kal main doctor se baat karne wala hoon apne operation ke baare mein. Operation hote hi main theek ho jayunga. So fikar mat karo plz." Sagar speaks out in an emotional way with teary eyes, "Kaise fikar naa kare? Bol kaise naa kare? Tu humara sabse pyaara dost hai. Aur tujhe kuch nahi hoga, main janta hoon. Par tu yeh bataa ki tune humse yeh baat kyun chupaayi, kyun?" Saying this, he looks at Sahil. Vidya and Sanju are just sitting there silently. Sahil replies innocently, "Kyuki main nahi chahta tha ke mere vajaah se teri aur Vidya ki khushia kharab ho, bas issi liye mere dost." Sagar seems to be pretty angry which is looking fake though, "Aur tujhe kya yeh andaaza nahi tha ki jab humhe yeh baat malum padegi toh humhe kitna dukh hoga? Anyways, tu apni manmaani kar chuka hai. Aab bas tu apni operation karwaayega aur theek hokar rahega. Tujhe kuch bhi nahi hoga, that's it." Sahil replies with a smiley face and teary eyes, "Haan mujhe kuch nahi hoga, i know. Tum tino jaise pyaare dosto ke rehete mujhe kuch nahi ho sakta." Saying this, he hugs Sagar friendly. Vidya and Sanju hug them too. So, in short, they have a friendly group hug.
Next morning! Sagar, Vidya, Sahil and Sanju are sitting outside the doctor's cabin in the hospital. A nurse comes to them and tells pointing at Sahil, "Doctor ne aapko andar bulaya hai." Hearing that, SV and Sanju wish Sahil good luck. Sahil quickly go inside and sit in the cabin in front of the doctor. He tells the doctor, "Doctor, aap ne uss din mujhe kaha tha ke meri iss tumor ke treatment ke liye operation karna padega. So main yeh operation karwaana chahta hoon." The doctor replies, "Par maine aapko kaha tha ke iss operation mein chances sirf 30% hai, phir bhi?" Sahil smiles and tells with a determined expression, "Main jaanta hoon ke mujhe kuch nahi hoga, kuch bhi nahi. Jab tak mere aapno ki duaaye mere saath hai, mujhpe ek kharoch tak nahi aayegi." Doctor says, "Theek hai toh phir maine operation ki arrangement karta hoon. Shaam ko operation hogi par aapko abhi admit hona padega." Sahil nods in a positive way and leaves. Sahil comes out of the doc's cabin to SV and Sanju and tells them, "Guys operation shaam ko hogi aur mujhe abhi yaha admit hona padega." Sagar replies Sahil, "Theek hai toh phir main tere kapre aur khaane ke liye kuch laata hoon." Sahil says, "Theek hai." Just then, a nurse comes and tells Sahil, "Mr. Sahil, chaliye aap ko abhi admit karwaana padega." Sahil nods and tells the nurse, "Haan chaliye." Saying this, Sahil tells "bye" to the rest three and leaves. Sagar tells Sanju and Vidya, "Guys tum log apna khayaal rakhna." Vidya and Sanju nod in a positive way. Sagar leaves. Vidya and Sanju sit on the chairs outside.
Its noon now. After taking lunch, Sahil is sitting on bed and the rest three are sitting on the couch in Sahil's cabin. Sahil looks at his friends and realizes how sad they are. So, to make their mood better, he is thinking of something. Suddenly he spoke out, "Guys operation mera hone wala hai. Par tum logo ke face expressions se lag raha hai ke operation tum logo ka hoga. Arey guys, tum logo ko mera confidence baraana chahiye aur tum log aise baithe ho!" Sagar realizes that they all need to be happy now so that Sahil's confidence doesn't get down. He pretends to laugh and says, "Arey nahi yaar aisi koi baat nahi hai. Hum log theek hai." Seeing Sagar like that, Vidya and Sanju pretends to be normal and Vidya says, "Haan Sahil, hum log bilkul theek hai, kyuki hum jaante hai ke tum jaldi theek ho jayoge." Sanju says with a fake smile, "Sagar Vidya bilkul theek kehe rahe hai, Sahil." She mischievously smiles and continues telling Sahil, "Aur waise bhi, bohot adhure kaam baki hai jo tumhe puri karni hai." Sahil gets mischievous and says, "Accha? Kya kam Sanju?" Sanju shyly smiles and says, "Dhaatt besharam, main nahi bataa sakti." Saying this, Sanju ran out of the room and outside, she just sits and breaks down crying. [Yes! Just for Sahil, she was acting to be normal and happy. That's true love.] Inside the cabin, Sagar, Vidya and Sahil laughs. Vidya tells smilingly, "Sharmaa gayi i guess. Main dekh kar aati hoon." Sahil and Sagar nod in a positive way. Vidya gets out of the cabin and sees Sanju crying continuously. She becomes sad, rushes to Sanju and hugs her. She says, "Don't break down yaar. Don't break down. We have to be strong and brave enough for Sahil. We have to do this." Sanju tells in a crying state, "Koshish toh kar rahi hoon Vidya par main bhi toh ek insaan hoon. Mujhe yeh sab bardasht nahi ho raha hai. I just can't." Vidya consoles her and says, "Dekh main jaanti hoon ke tu Sahil se bohot pyaar karti hai. Aur uske khaatir please chup ho ja. Please." Telling this, Vidya holds Sanju, pushes her back by her arms and wipes out her tears and then she hugs Sanju again to console her.
It's time for the operation now. A nurse comes in Sahil's cabin and tells, "Mr. Sahil, aap ke operation ka waqt ho gaya hai." Then he calls two ward boys with the wheel bed. Sagar, Vidya and Sanju are standing right in front of Sahil. Sagar and Vidya come one by one near Sahil, lovingly touch Sahil's forehead and wishes him good luck. Then Sanju comes near Sahil. Her eyes are teary but she's still smiling. She hugs Sahil and wishes him all the best. Sahil notices the tears in Sanju's eyes and he cutely indicates by his hands not to cry. At last, he says emotionally, "Guys i know ke tum tino mere liye apne dukh ko chupa rakkha hai and I thank u 3 for that. Tum tino ke vajaah se hi meri himmat nahi tuti aur tum log bhi apne himmat ko tut ne mat dena." Sagar, Vidya and Sanju hold Sahil's hand and nods in a positive way with a smile on their faces. Sahil smiles seeing that and then he goes with the nurse and the ward boys lying on the wheel bed.
Sahil is in the OT. His operation is going on. Sagar, Vidya and Sanju are outside. Sagar and Sanju are walking here and there with worried expressions and folded hands just praying for Sahil's life. Vidya is sitting there and praying in her mind, "Hum charo ki iss choti si dunia ko aap aise hi nahi ujaar sakte bhagwaan ji. Aap ko kisi bhi kimat par Sahil ko bachana hoga. At any cost!" Hours pass and go on. Its from evening 6pm to night 11pm now. OT's red light is turned off. Seeing that, SV and Sanju get curious and they go near the OT. Just then, doc comes out and tells everyone, "I am really very sorry. Operation unsuccessful raha. Mr. Sahil ke paas abhi sirf kuch time hi bacha hai." SV and Sanju make their eyes big hearing that. Tears roll down their cheeks. Sanju breaks down, lose her control & falls on the floor. SV are shocked and silent.

Lifeless Sahil is lying on the hospital bed. Sagar and Vidya are standing near him where as Vidya is resting her head on Sagar's chest and Sagar is holding her by her arms. Both are crying. Sanju, with red and teary eyes, holds Sahil by his arms and continuously shouting and telling him several times to wake up. A voiceover says, "Kya yehi hai inke choti si dunia ka anth?"
