Part 55 - "Picture abhi baki hai mere dost"
Doctor told SV and Sanju that Sahil has less time to live. All three are super shocked. Sanju breaks down, looses her control and falls on the floor. SV cry on each others arms. The doc tells, "Dekhiye humne tumor toh nikal diya hai par phir bhi dimaag ki kuch nerves kharab ho gaye hai. Abhi toh sirf koi miracle hi unhe bacha sakta hai." Saying this, the doc leaves. Vidya keeps crying, goes to Sanju and makes her stand by holding her arms. Then all three go inside.
Inside we see Sahil lying on the hospital bed with oxygen mask on his face and bandages all over his head. His eyes are closed. Sanju just stands there like a living dead. Tears are falling from her eyes but she's not responding on anything. SV are crying. Vidya is holding Sanju on her arms and Sagar goes near Sahil. He lovingly touches Sahil's forehead. Sahil slowly opens his eyes. He seems to have a tough time in breathing. Sagar tells Sahil with teary eyes and a fake smile, "Oyee buddy! Ki hal-chal hai tuhada? Aab koi tension nahi. Aab sirf tu jaldi se yaha se discharge hoja phir tujhe mere aur Vidya ki shaadi ki preparations bhi toh karni hai, haina?" Sahil tells slowly with a lot of effort, "T-t-t-ujhe jhoot nahi bolna aata toh koshish bhi m-m-m-mat kar. M-m-m-main janta hoon ke mere paas b-b-b-ohot kam time h-h-hai." Sagar breaks down and hugs Sahil. Tears start to fall from Sahil's eyes too. Removing his oxygen mask from his mouth, he takes a heavy breath and says, "M-m-mat ro. M-m-main chahta hoon ke t-t-um sab mujhe haste huye vidaa k-k-karo." Sagar wipes out his tears and says with a determined look, "Tujhe kuch nahi hoga, samjha tu. Nothing is gonna happen to u." Sahil slowly puts his right hand on Sagar's shoulder and says, "B-b-h-hagwan ko bhi acche dost ki z-z-z-arurat padhti hai." Then he looks at crying Vidya and numb Sanju and indicates both of them to come nearer and they do so. After a lot of struggling, Sahil slowly holds Sagar's and Vidya's hands, puts them together and says with a lot of strength, "Yeh h-h-aat k-k-abhi chutna nahi c-c-chahiye. [looks at Vidya] V-v-idya, yeh m-m-era buddy tumse bohot p-p-p-yar karta hai, iska khayaal rakhna." Vidya nods in a positive way and keeps crying. Sahil looks at Sagar, smiles a bit and says, "Buddy, aab t-t-ere aur Vidya ke beech k-k-oi kabab mein h-h-haddi n-n-nahi banega." Sagar keeps crying and says, "Aisa mat bol mere dost. Please aisa mat bol." Sahil, then, looks at Sanju who has totally become numb. He holds Sanju's hand slowly with his shivering hands, "Sanju, t-t-umhe m-m-mujhse bhi jyada p-p-yaar karna wala k-k-oi milega. M-m-ain tumhare s-saath rehena chahta t-t-ha par b-b-hagwaan ko k-kuch aur hi m-manzur thi." Tears keep falling from Sanju's eyes and she doesn't respond Sahil. Sahil realizes that Sanju has become a living dead. He feels really very bad and tears keep falling from his eyes. After a lot of struggling and efforts, he shouts with a lot of emotions, "SANJU!" Just then Sanju come to her senses and she looks at Sahil where as Sahil began to cough terribly. Sagar and Vidya are hell scared seeing Sahil like that. Sagar runs toward the main door and shouts, "Doctor, Doctor." Doctor comes there running. Sanju and Vidya are standing on Sahil's both sides. Both are holding Sahil's hands and tells in a high tone, "Sahil, Sahil." Doctor runs near Sahil, puts the oxygen mask on his face and presses on his chest many times. Sagar, Vidya and Sanju are shouting continuously, "Sahil, Sahil." Sanju holds Sahil's hands and tells, "Tum himmat mat haro. Tumhe kuch nahi hoga." Sahil keeps coughing and sinking for long. The heart beat machine is showing that Sahil's breath is going away slowly. At last, it comes to a straight line and Sahil stopped doing anything. The doctor makes a sad face and says, "I am sorry. He is no more."
Sagar and Vidya break down in each others arms. Sanju makes her eyes big and makes her steps backwards. She keeps whispering to herself, "Yeh nahi ho sakta. This can't happen. I can't let this happen." She runs to Sahil, sits on her knees, lovingly touches his forehead and makes kinda abnormal expressions. Vidya goes to Sanju in a crying state, holds her by her arms and tells, "Ut Sanju!" Sanju suddenly shouts, "NAHI!" She keeps looking at Sahil and tells in an abnormal way, "Mera Sahil so raha hai. Main nahi jayungi. Main iss ke paas rahungi, iss ka khayaal rakhungi. Tu baat mat kar. Woh ut jayega. Tu jaa yaha se. Mujhe mere Sahil ke paas rehena hai." Seeing Sanju in that state, Vidya keeps crying and she looks at Sagar with a hope to make Sanju understand. Sagar blinks one time at Vidya and comes near Sanju. Vidya steps back. Sagar holds Sanju by her arms and says with teary eyes, "Sanju chalo yaha se." Sanju moves Sagar's hands from her shoulders and says, "Tum log jaao yaha se. Mujhe mere Sahil ke paas rehene do." Sagar touches his forehead and cries closing his eyes. He holds Sanju's arms, makes her stand forcefully and turn at her and shouts, "Sahil mar chuka hai Sanju. He's no more. Woh humhe chod kar chala gaya." Sanju makes a shocked expression and she slaps Sagar. Sagar is still crying and he hugs Sanju. Vidya, who is standing at a corner, runs to Sagar and Sanju and hugs them. Sanju steps back, runs back to Sahil and again sits near him. She holds Sahil by his arms and says, "Sahil, dekho yeh sab kya bakwaas kar rahe hai. Yeh log jhoot bol rahe hai, haina? Tum jaldi se utjaao aur inhe jhoota saabit kardo." Sahil doesn't respond. Sanju breaks down crying. She keeps shaking Sahil's body for quite a few minutes and shouts at him many times, "SAHIL! PLEASE UTHO! GET UP! U CAN'T LIVE ME LIKE THIS! I NEED U! PLEASE UTHO MERE LIYE! TUMNE KAHA THA KE HUM DONO SAATH RAHENGE! PHIR TUM MUJHE AISE BEECH RAASTE MEIN CHOD KAR NAHI JAA SAKTE! TUMHE HUMARE PYAAR KI KHATIR UTNA PADEGA! TUMHE MERI KASAAM! PLEASE UTHO! FOR GOD'S SAKE, GET UP! MAIN MAR JAYUNGI SAHIL! TUMHARE BINA NAHI JI SAKTI!" She keeps telling all these to Sahil and shaking his body. Sagar and Vidya come near Sanju, forcefully makes her stand and turn toward the other side. Sanju tells with teary eyes and in a high tone, "Chodo mujhe. Main yaha rahungi! Just Leave me!"
Now we see Sahil's fingers and toes are moving. Suddenly he speaks out in a whispering tone, "Sanju!" Sagar, Vidya and Sanju, who were about to go out of the room, stop and turn back with a shocking look and a hope in their eyes to see their friend Sahil fit and fine. They all runs to Sahil, bends a little, holds Sahil and keeps calling his name. Nurse calls the doctor immediately. Doctor comes, checks Sahil's pulse, puts on the oxygen mask on his face and gives him injection. Sagar, Vidya and Sanju stand up and look at the doctor with a hope of good news. Doc tells them with a smiley face, "Its really a miracle. Mr Sahil came back from the land of death. He's absolutely okay now. We just need to keep him in observation for some hours and after that, he will be perfectly fine." Sagar, Vidya and Sanju give big smiles with tears of joy in their eyes.

Sanju is taking care of Sahil at the hospital. Over here in Singhania Mansion, Sagar and Vidya are lying on Vidya's bed where both are hugging each other with smiley faces. A voice-over says, "Akhir mein jeet hui sacche pyaar ki!"
