Happy Weekend, Guys!😃 Hope you will like this update!
***********************************************
Sagar walked back towards his room grinning. He expected Vidya to be smarter. Did she really expect him to believe that she forgot the direction to the room? The girl had a great memory; she couldn't forget the direction even if she wanted to. So it was that she was playing with Sagar. Well, she was in luck, because this just happened to be Sagar's favorite game. He opened the door to his room and pulled his shirt over his head and threw it on the floor.

He lay on his bed staring at the ceiling. Why couldn't he fall asleep easily at nights anymore? He sighed as he turned to his right and remembered the meeting he and Suraj had with their dad about two months ago. Sagar reminded himself that he was not going to budge to his dad anymore and he sure as hell was not going to lose to Suraj this time. It bothered him that if taking his mom away from him was not enough for Suraj; he was now all of the sudden was becoming dad's favorite too. Sagar closed his in eyes in frustration as he remembered his dad shouting that he wished he had kept Suraj with him instead of Sagar. It hurt. Sagar would not forget that even if his father later apologized and told him that he didn't mean it. Still, it hurt so badly. Sagar rubbed his bare arms and then pulled the covers over him hoping to fall asleep quickly.

Vidya woke up at eight fifty the next morning, knowing very well that Sagar had told her to meet him downstairs at nine to leave for shopping. She sat up on the bed as she rubbed her eyes first and then stretched as she yawned. She looked back towards the pillow and just wanted to drop her head back and sleep away. After a minute of convincing herself she finally got up. It was around nine thirty when Vidya walked downstairs and saw no one there. Forty minutes to get ready. That was a lot for Vidya. She only needed ten minutes but she decided to be extra slow just to annoy Sagar. When Vidya saw no one around she headed towards the kitchen and saw maids being very busy. Seeing Vidya, one of the maids stopped and wished her a good morning. Vidya smiled and questioned about Sagar. The maid told her that he was swimming and he asked for the maid to tell Vidya to meet him near the pool. Vidya raised a brow and said, "Oh really?" The maid smiled and started walking and Vidya followed her.

Vidya looked around as she now found herself looking at a giant pool. The maid left and Vidya started walking towards where some pool chairs were. On one of them she saw a towel and also what she assumed to Sagar's clothes. She then turned her head as she heard water splashes and saw Sagar swimming. Vidya stared in amazement. He was so fast. Maybe he was a fish in previous life, she thought. Vidya stood at the same spot thinking. If he wanted to swim, why did he tell her that they had to leave at nine? She was busy thinking when Sagar decided to step out of the pool. Vidya blushed as she saw him come out of the pool. He looked so good in those swimming shorts. Vidya tried not to stare but she couldn't help it. Sagar smiled as he saw her pink cheeks and walked straight towards her. She was standing in front of the chair that had his towel. Vidya kept staring as he kept walking towards her. Sagar came and stood right in front of her and closing his eyes he shook his head. Vidya immediately closed her eyes as she felt the water drops on her face from Sagar's wet hair. She opened her eyes and saw Sagar smiling and then she saw him coming closer and bringing his body dangerously close to hers as he bent to pick up the towel from behind her. Vidya could have killed him right then and there. How could he do that to her? Vidya realized that he was not going to make the rest of the week easier.

Sagar dried his hair with the towel and said "You are late!"

Vidya balanced her heart beat as she took a few steps away from Sagar. "Well, I think it is unfair to tell someone to show up at a certain time, when you yourself are planning on swimming."

Sagar put the towel around his neck. "Since you decided to be late, I thought I would go for a swim. Now you are going to have to wait for me while I go put on some clothes."

Vidya saw him walking away and shook her head.

The shopping plaza was huge. Vidya had never been in such fancy shops. Sagar had told her that today they were only shopping for shoes and that was Vidya's fault because she decided to be late. So shopping for a ball gown was going to have to wait a little. The shoes Vidya picked did not go well with Sagar. So he took the liberty of picking the highest heels in the shop. Vidya looked terrified seeing those heels but did she really have a choice? She was going to have to go along. She tried them on and they looked pretty and they fit but Vidya did not want to stand up on them just yet. That was going to have to wait until they got back home. After buying the shoes they were walking back when Vidya spotted something and stopped as she looked into display in a window of a shop. It was a beautiful necklace. A very thin gold chain with a heart shaped pendant. The pendant was made of gold but had tiny diamonds on it and it looked beautiful. Vidya saw the price tag under it and whistled and then she jolted as she realized that Sagar was standing right behind her looking at what she was staring at. Vidya cleared her throat and started walking again as Sagar stood at the same spot staring at the pendant. He shifted his head and watched Vidya walk away and smiled.

They were back at the house. They were in a room that did not have any furniture in it. There were only two chairs in this room and unlike other rooms this room did not have any carpet. If Vidya had to guess it was probably a garage room. Sagar grabbed the bags and took her shoes out. Vidya looked terrified. Sagar smiled as he handed her the shoes. Vidya sat on one of the chairs and put the heels on again.

Sagar saw the sacred look on her face and said "How about we only try walking in them today, dancing we shall start maybe tomorrow."

Vidya took a deep breath and stood up. She struggled to balance herself and almost fell but Sagar grabbed both of her hands in his hands. Vidya looked at him as she was totally dependent on his support as she stood on those devil shoes. Sagar smiled and took few steps backwards and told Vidya to walk along. Vidya shook her head and said "This is so stupid!"

Sagar laughed as she took the first steps and struggled to remain straight. He couldn't help it and still laughing said "I feel like I am teaching a child how to walk for the first time." Vidya also laughed and kept walking and she didn't even notice that Sagar was pulling his hands away. Before she knew it, he was standing far away from her and she was standing on those heels all by herself. Sagar had said that he felt like he was teaching a child to walk for the first time so he was going to treat the situation just as that. He opened both of his arms and said "Come on Vidya. You can do it. Walk to me, baby!"

Vidya raised a brow and said "You have got be kidding me Sagar. I am not a freaking child."

Sagar laughed. "Well, what else do you want me to do? You look just like a kid standing there not knowing how to take your steps." Vidya looked down at her shoes and then towards Sagar again and stood there even though she wanted to move. Sagar thought to himself for awhile as Vidya just stood there. Sagar walked a little closer to her and said "Maybe positive reinforcement will work on you." Vidya raised a brow as she kept staring at him and asked "Oh yeah? And how do you know that it will work?" Sagar smiled stepping away from her again and said "I took a psychology course in college. I know it will work." Vidya rolled her eyes and said "Just one psychology course and you consider yourself a professional."

Sagar laughed and said "we will see." He tapped his chin and said "Now what would motivate you? I am thinking you like Hindi movies…" Yes she did. She loved them but how did he know that, Vidya wondered. He kept going on and said "Based on my observations, you are a Hrithik and a Salman fan…but which one do you like better?" He was good! Vidya crossed her arms and asked "How do you know that?"

Sagar laughed as he stepped farther away a little more and said "When you were being late this morning I went to your room to check on you. You were in the shower. I was going to leave but then I heard you singing in the shower." Vidya's eyes widened as she looked embarrassed to death and also angry.

Sagar still laughing said "The first song you sang was a Hrithik song, right?" Vidya closed her eyes wishing she were dead when Sagar started singing its magic, its magic. I've got the power that you need. But it didn't stop there. Sagar laughed and said "and that second song, dekha hai pehli bar saajan ki ankhon mein pyaar, that's a Salman song." Vidya couldn't take it anymore. She shouted "Shut up!"

But Sagar was not going to stop now. He laughed and kept going. "Oh come on, the next part was my favorite when you started making the music with your mouth. And after that you started coughing…which I am guessing that you started choking on the water and…." Sagar stopped talking as he saw Vidya standing right in front of him and her fist directed right towards his face. He blocked her fist as he caught it and smiled and said "looks like I do know my psychology! Positive reinforcement might not have worked but deception did." Vidya looked confused as Sagar smiled and said "you walked all that way in those heels by yourself Vidya." Vidya took away her fist and looked down and grinned. But she stopped grinning when she looked back towards Sagar and said "You still had no right listening to my singing."

Sagar laughed and said "I liked your shower singing. The choking on the water was my favorite part!" That's it, Vidya thought and aimed for Sagar's face. But as she was about to punch him she lost her balance and fell right on her butt. She screamed in pain as Sagar stood there laughing.
