Amar is getting out of the car, and Divya is still staring at the TV, the water is still running and now the bathtub is overflowing. Amar rings the doorbell many times and when Divya doesn't open the door Amar takes his keys out and opens the door and he gets a bit worried. Amar runs to Divya and says, "Divya where is Diya." Divya is still staring at the TV, Amar steps on the soap that fell out of Divya's hand and he runs to the bathroom and he takes Diya out of the tub and wraps a towel around her and he runs outside, and he tries to get a hold of a car, but no one stops their car. Amar runs to try to get another car to give him a ride, and he asks another car to stop because he has to go to take Diya to the hospital and the car stops, Amar sits inside.
Divya is still staring at the TV and the phone rings, Divya finally snaps out of it, after hearing the phone. Divya walks to the phone, and she is hesititating while picking it up. On the other end of the line is Sagar's mom she says, "Divya Beti, we have bad news, the police took Aditi away." Divya says, "Who is Aditi. Who are you?" Sagar's Ma says, "I am speaking, Ma." Divya says, "Who?" Aniket says to Sagar's Mom, "Ma what happend?" Sagar's mom says to Aniket, "She is talking weird she is saying whose Ma and Who is Aditi." Aniket says, "It's probably a wrong number, call again." Sagar's Mom hangs up. Divya keeps looking at the phone and saying, "Aditi Ma ji...Aditi Ma ji..." and then she hangs up the phone too.
Amar runs into the hospital and says to one of the receptionist, "My daughter's life is in danger WHERE IS THE DOCTOR." The receptionist says, "The doctors are on strike today and only one of them has come and he is in the operation threate." Amar across the hallway and he runs into the operation threate. Amar says, "Help my baby, help safe her." The doctor takes Diya and says, "Don't worry." Amar looks into the operation threate and says, "Please save my baby."
Divya starts to pick up some roses, and she walks to the vase to put the roses inside of it, and the phone starts to ring, but Divya doesn't pay attention to the phone ringing.
Aniket and Sindoora are in a room alone, and Aniket says, "Sindoora don't act so innocent, I know all plans I know what you did. I knew you could never be sweet, Aditi is in jail because of you." Sindoora says, "Why would I do that to my own Bahu." Aniket says, "Stop your acting." Bharat hears Aniket screaming and he comes in the room and says, "Papa what are you saying. Why would Ma do that." Bharat goes to Sindoora and hugs her and Aniket says, "You are asking why your mom would do something like this you know she is SINDOORA, she can do anything, she has done so much bad things to our family and even today she is doing the same thing." Bharat says, "Stop Papa, you are also still believe what Aditi says, people change with time and Ma has changed, I don't understand when you accept this Sindoora Singh isn't the same Sindoora singh she was before why don't you let her live her life. I want you to trust her. Stop doubting her and I will find out about who put the poison in the food." Sindoora thinks, "I knew you would never go against me and you wouldn't want to hear anyone talking against me even if the person was your father. That's like my son." Aniket leaves the room.
Amar goes to the temple and he says, "Save my Diya, if I made any mistake I don't want my Diya to suffer. This is the first time my family has been complete and I don't want my family to be broken again."
Amar is waiting for the doctor and the doctor walks by and Amar says, "Doctor how is my Diya now." The doctor says, "Don't worry now she is out of danger." Amar says, "Thank You, Thank You very much." The doctor says, "How did this happen. It's OK but next time you and your wife have to be more cautious, if you were just a little late she could have died. Right now take care, Bye." The doctor leaves.
Sindoora and Bharat are alone and Sindoora says, "I think I should leave this house." Bharat says, "No mom, What are you saying where will you go?" Sindoora says, "No Bharat, everyone in this house looks at me with doubt. Everyone thinks, I'm the same Sindoora. It will be good if I get a punishment, for what I did." Bharat says, "No Ma, who can be worse son than me for doing this to the mother that gave birth to him. Ma, god has given me a chance to correct my mistakes don't take that chance away from me. I won't let you go anywhere. I won't let anything happen to you. Your son is making a promise to you." Sindoora says, "I understand how you feel Bharat, but in this house, not everyone thinks like you. Even your father looks at me with doubt. I am afraid when Divya comes back, she will think the same about me." Bharat says, "Ma, why will Divya Bhabhi think that way about you. You have done so much for her, you put your life in danger to save her." Sindoora says, "Bharat I didn't want to tell you this but I just can't hold it inside anymore. Aditi told me that when divya comes back, she will blame me for putting her in the coma." Bharat says, "You probably just heard wrong, Aditi can never say that." Sindoora thinks, "I know Bharat taking Aditi out of your mind in one step is impossible, that is why I am starting plant poison in your mind about her. Later you will start to hate her."
Diya is laying on the bed and Amar is petting her head. Amar is crying and he goes into the hallway. Divya comes and hugs Amar. Amar holds onto her hand. Divya says, "Where did you go you left me. Weren't you worried." Amar says, "I went to the hospital." Divya says, "I am saying, how can you leave me alone. You don't care about our baby. I don't care if you care about me or not atleast care about our baby. Amar our baby that is growing inside of me. This is our child, you should be worried about her. She is a symbol of our love, it is our baby. But you don't care about this baby you keep leaving us alone." Amar has a flashback to when Divya was staring at the TV and he ran in and got Diya from the bathroom. Divya hugs Amar, and Amar is shocked that Divya thinks she is pregnant. Amar thinks, "Does Divya not remember anything, has she forgotten about Diya."
Precap: Amar and Aniket are on the phone. Aniket says, "Here, Aditi..." Amar interupts Aniket and says, "Divya doesn't feel good so we are returning home." Aniket says, "OH" and Sindoora gets a smile on her face.
