Part 1: Amar gets out of his car and then goes inside the Singh mansion. Divya is in her room she feels that Amar is in the house so she comes downstair. They have an intense stare of love and they run to each other really happily and hug (aaoge jab tum plays in the background) Divya faints in Amar's arms. They call a doctor to their house and Amar asks if Divya is OK the doctor says congrats Divya is pregnant. Amar and Divya are both really happy and so is the rest of the family is also really happy. The family congradulates Divya and Amar. The doctor says that Divya's blood pressure is high so she has to remain happy. Aniket says that now there will be nothing but happiness. Amar thinks how he will tell Divya about Gauri now. The family leaves the room and Divya and Amar fantasize about how amazing it will be to have a baby in the house and how it will be to be mother and father to a child. Amar is right by Divya's bed side and they are both exploding with happiness. (Amazingly cute scene)
Part 2: Aditi is in her room and she is crying she is thinking about he past when she said that whatever she did with Bharat was wrong and they betrayed Karan. Bharat comes behind her and then wipes her tears. Aditi says sorry because she insulted him infront of everyone with her lie. Bharat says that he didn't like that she lied but he knew that she was underpressure from someone that is why she was saying that. Bharat sees marks on Aditi's body from Karan's abuse. Bharat says that he won't let any sadness near her, they will start a new life like Amar Divya and they have a family. In the village Shivam's mom knocks on Gauri's door but Gauri is not in her room. Gauri is walking in the streets she is having flashbacks of her time with Shivam(Amar), Shivam(Amar) putting his jacket on her so that she didn't get cold, and Shivam(Amar) putting Sindoor in her maang. At the singh house Amar is still by Divya's side Divya is staring at Amar lovingly. Divya asks Amar what he is thinking about. Amar says nothing I am jsut thinking about how old people are right when they say that a woman gets prettier when she is pregnant. Divya says that only really lucky people get this kind of love and I am one of those lucky people. Then Divya asks what happend to Gauri how is she. Amar says that she is OK because her family is with her. Amar gets tensed when Divya says this and he tells Divya to go to sleep. Amar thinks that he will have to tell Divya about Gauri but it's not right to tell her when she is in this state. Pradhan Ji and Shivam's mommy and Shivam's brother are looking for Gauri they ask people from the village if they have seen Gauri. One shop owner says that it is good that she left because she was a burden on you just go home and sleep.
Part 3: Amar tells Divya to close her eyes he has a surprise for her he carries her into a room. He tells her to open her eyes now slowy. Divya opens her eyes it is a child's room with alot of toys Divya is surprised. Amar says that this is our babies room our child's room. Amar says that there will be a swing in that corner a bed over there and alot of toys. Divya has flashbacks of Sagar and their child's room from the past janam and she cries. Amar asks what's wrong. Divya says this is what it was like in the last janam you made all these arrangements and everthing was like this. Divya says sorry I lied to you in the last janam and told you that I was going to become a mommy but I wasn't I knew that it hurt you. Amar says that you told a lie for a reason to save our life and I should be the one that says sorry. Divya says that it was her fault and Amar knows that too. They fight about whos fault it was and then Amar says that it was no one's fault and if we have to blame it on something then blame it on our love we loved each other alot and now we love each other unconditionally. Divya says that she promises that she will give Amar the happiness that she couldn't give him in the last janam the baby that she couldn't give him and she won't let anyone take her happiness. Amar says that no one will come in between there love this time. Gauri is getting on a bus the ticket person asks her where she is going she says that give me a ticket for Delhi and then she sits down.
Precap- Some bad guys are after Gauri and she is running from them.
