I have figured out the reason for G being annoying

So the real reason that G is so annoying is that:

Sindoora came to Gauri's villiage one day when Gauri was young. Sindoora was on one of her long drives thinking of ways to kill/hurt people and she came across the village and she was looking at Gauri so Sindoora thought the perfect way to make everyone miserable was to make Gauri annoying and she saw Shivam and she thought that she would make Gauri love Shivam. Sindoora walks up to Gauri and says to drink a drink(but Sindoora didn't tell her that it would make her annoying) but Sindoora gave her an overdose and one of the side effects of overdose was a heart problem so that is why she has heart problems and is so annoying.

It all makes sense and that is Sindoora's revenge even after she is dead.
