they reconciled, I don't know what was the reason, because that is their own personal matter, but yes they where legally seperated for a while and had even filed for divorce, then suddenly everything became ok and now they are happy together, at least they look happy together. I think they got rid of Sindoora because the creators of Dulhan are not as annoying as Ekta, they realised that having a single villian is really irritating. Someone new with REALLY GOOD twists will keep the viewers.
