Amar is not Bharat's 'Bhaiyya'

US is behind India so I am not sure if anyone in India has noticed this..But today in the US episode, Bharat calls Amar "Bhaiyya"!! When Amar talks of the tape. Should it not be the other way around??? Even in Amar's last birth he was the uncle, not Bhaiyya! So this relationship is not valid either way. These are little things but we do tend to notice. Sometimes I wonder if the writers/directors of these serials think their audience is dense:-)

Yeh, im from us. i totally agree. i mean, amar should call Bharat bhaiyya, he is older!

I'm sure the writers were well aware when they did this. Bharat respects Amar as an uncle and they both have memories of the times when they shared an uncle-nephew relationship. So it would be awkward for Bharat to call Amar by his name and equally awkward to call him an uncle because of Amar's age. So the next best thing is calling him "bhaiyya"

I agree with inavars, i think he is just trying to give Amar respect cause he remembers him as his uncle. It does seem kind of funny, Bharat is at least 8 years older than the both of them.

yeah same here..from usa and i saw that and i was like dude you're 10/12 years older than him how is he your bhaiya why dont yo ucall him Mr.Ocean/Amar mama (haha i would be funny if he called him that but i think its cause of the respect he has for him as a mama)

i think they explained it during the time when bharat met divya in the temple he said he didnt know what to call her so from that day on he was going to call her bhabi so in that way amar has to be bhai
