How did they get pictures of SV dieing?

When Sindoora was looking at the pictures in the file I was thinking... Did SV like go to the place where they were shot and re-take the pictures because if there were pictures of them dieing then that means there was someone with a camera there while they were dieing and that could be their proof against Sindoora... just wondering
