Today's episode starts off with Rajji in her room thinking what use is this marriage for if Soham is never going to accept her as his wife(duh! Rajji, can't believe you did not get that message until now!). She looks at her choodi and angrily tries to remove them when Simran walks in and greets Rajji. Simran sees Rajji removing her bangles and is reminded that it was infact the day "choodi utaarna" function needs to be performed for Rajji. She asks Rajji to get ready while she makes preparations.
At about the same time, Jia is having "choodi chadhana" function while Bani is having "choodi utaarna" ceremony. Auntyji wants to do this for Bani in the place of Bani's MIL. Bani has tears in her eyes and auntyji says not to cry for people like her sasural wale. Bani says that her MIL is very nice and loves her a lot and that she is in her majboori right now. Auntyji wants to start the functions. Jia is asked to close her eyes and her mamaji(I think) starts putting bangles on her hand. On the other hand, auntyji is removing bangles from Bani's hand(symbollically showing that Parmeet is becoming Jia's husband now). Bani is very emotional.
Rajji's function also starts with Simran performing the function for a stoic Rajji. She looks at Soham once with lot of disinterest and sadness. Soham observes that Rajji is not her usual self but doesn't say anything.
Randeep is throwing the files Balbir asked for carelessly when Gagan walks in and advices him to make friends with Balbir as Balbir is the head of their family now as declared by Darji and they will soon be kicked out otherwise. Randeep says that he cannot bow down in front of Balbir and storms out of the room saying he will kick Balbir out first. Gagan smiles to herself that Randeep will definitely follow her advice.
Bani packs her suitcase and is getting mentally prepared to leave and join Parmeet when auntyji comes in and blesses Bani and says that Bani has become her daughter now and it is a coincidence that both her daughters are leaving her on the same day. Just then Jia comes and asks them to decorate her first as she is the bride. Bani takes up the responsibility of getting Jia ready.
Rajji in her room is looking lost and sad.. Kukki comes in and asks Rajji to come for dinner. Rajji says she is not hungry and will eat later. Kukki tells Rajji to let her know when she wants to eat so she can warm up her food. Rajji nods and Kukki leaves.. Rajji gets up and opens her closet(may be to pack her bags to go.. she is still making up her mind)
Bani gets Jia ready and news arrives that Parmeet has come. Auntyji goes to welcome him. Parmeet says to himself that in a few hours all this property will be his.. just a few more hours. Auntyji comes in with Aarthi and Bani comes out to get dressed. She sees Parmeet.. well almost.. with auntyji blocking her view. Screen freezes on Bani.
Precap: Jia sitting beside Parmeet takes Bani's name and Parmeet is shocked when he suddenly sees Bani coming down the stairs.
