Don't worry, they are not going to show any censor-worthy scenes even by TV standards😆, that stage is long gone, at the most they will show them taking a stroll on Marine drive talking about their kids, grandkids, Baa and Moti, thats about it😆

If they make DM rich and him teaching Megha a lesson that soon, then what are they going to show after that, there is nothing much left in the show afterwards unless they bring back the grandkids....anyways that article about the next gen being shown the door, did that not include Vishal and Triveni, if not then nothing much would change in the show.

@sg08, you have valid points...the argument is: the leap was a bad move... we all agree to that.
but as @simlavidhi has said, lets enjoy the current track, where we are getting loads of sanraj...
i think it is not difficult for the creatives to show intense scenes, of course age appropriate, provided they use their imaginative skills and be creatives...i understand your feelings that you cannot come to terms with the idea of old people romancing...but just think that they are not that old...even after the ten years leap, dm was able to lift santu from the ground, at the age of 60, LOL...
megha and the young generation are part of this leap package, so we have to bear them up in any case...

honestly speaking, if you talk of logic and sense, BANDINI should have ended at sanraj's wedding anniversary, on a happy note....santu getting accepted by all...loved by her husband...a happy family...the end.
but that is how the soaps don't work...the trps govern every thing...thats what i am reminded again and again...
for a person like me, it is simply incomprehensible that one starts stuffing a good show with rubbish, just because it is at a good rating in that particular point in time....and that is why i always said that there should be a complete project in the hand of a producer to begin with...ok, now it will go into another direction, so i will just stop here....

so logic aside, sanraj are still glamorous and charismatic...i will just keep watching them for as long as i find them a delight to watch...

hashbrown, you still have faith in the creativity of these creatives!😲😆😆....I don't.....so far all they have shown is a rehash of their old shows with minor changes right down to the whole Triveni-Vishal-Rishabh and Megha-Vishal track.....so I am not holding out for any creativity by these people. I would have enjoyed the show if I could and I gave it a try but I do not find SanRaj as interesting as before and even SanRaj centric episode like yesterday did not impress me....their charm is not the same anymore.

Btw, after the 10 year leap, they had re-adjusted the age of DM😆......so he was in his 50s after the first leap😆....and after that leap they did not have grandkids whose marriage they were fixing up, so in this scenario it's kind of impossible for me to ignore it

I don't agree that all Hindi soaps are illogical and senseless.....there are a few shows, none of them BT's btw, which are logical with good and sensible writing which haven't lost their plot or sense despite being on air for years, much longer than Bandini........maybe tracks are modified to suit audience taste but that does not mean they should throw all reason away.....for me SanRaj are not the same as before, somewhere along the way they have lost a lot of their character and charm.

People are reacting like that because Bandini was unique with a strong consistent storyline Hash and it is difficult for them to digest what has happened to the show since we have complaining for almost a year now!

well said, so the bottom line is your problem with the 16 years leap...that was every body's problem. we all protested so badly, if you could recall...in fact, i joined india forums so that my voice against the leap could be heard...even the actors must have gone through some thing, because i remember ronit posted on twitter that he couldn't do any thing about the leap...
i haven't seen any thing of any indian shows...so basically i know nothing except BANDINI...i kind of feel differently than you do...you have seen things repeatedly, that is why u don't find the charm....
well, as it stands now, either you take it or leave it...its your choice...i know for myself that i am taking it...
take care.

Hey girls, I've been reading your comments and have been enjoying the debate however I agreee with hashbrown....
At the moment there is nothing we could do about what's has already happened.... I am enjoying this new track and it looks quite promising
.....
If u want logic and look at the age related issues, I would suggest that you will be wasting your time and energy.... JUST enjoy the show and don't try to think too logically

very well said, khateeja. i fully understamd peoples' emotions...same here. i went crazy for BANDINI, after having watched a play in 18/20 years, it was simply marvelous.
i fully understand @sg08...there is anger and frustration for losing such a great play...its essence is lost some where...but thats how it is...we can't change it now...so we have to decide individually who wants to continue BANDINI as on AS IS basis...thats the only resolution to the problem that comes to my mind.
