I got the same feeling 😡 If Hiten ends up back with Ol' Screech, I'm not going to be happy. Toral and Hiten are genuinely wonderful as a pair and have always been that way. And if anything does happen to Toral, then Khemi is directly responsible for it because I'm sure miscarrying three times in her 6th month has absolutely impacted her health. in fact, i'm shocked she risked another pregnancy. but then that's the medicine on this show 😕

i was wondering the same..why so much of hiten toral love....

i pray that nothing happens to toral....because if something bad does happen then i feel hiten will so miserable and might need medical attention.....and we have only doc in this world....so here come dr megha again and in this way they may come closer....oh God hope not

This is our worst nightmare about to happen Toral's life might be in danger with her pregnancy, thus Dr. M might move in to take care of her😡 Santu might bring her in against DM's wishes😡 I hope this will not happen, but I am fully expecting this

Couldn't see entire episode but saw part of it and am wondering is there past connection between DM and Megha that we don't know of. Did Megha know DM earlier on... mystery seems to be building up lets see how CVs torture us with Dr. Megha wish that her character was never introduced on the show.

I don't think anything will happen to Toral, but she might have some complications. So Dr.M might be brought in by Santu to help Toral against DM's wishes.
