I want to know who is this "person" who's been telling Rudr about Santu and DM and their upcoming divorce. Also, it looks like tomorrow is the day she has the big confrontation as cliffhanger from the promo and I want to know what Hiten saw that would lead him to suspect Santu is cheating or even thinking about cheating?

Santu was very clearly pissed off and pointing fingers at Rudr and looking anything but romantic with that frown on her face. And they were in the angan - not exactly the most super secret rendezvous point in the house is it?

Is Santu now barred from speaking to other men in the angan forever because DM and she don't share a room? Hitmi are acting like she's some kind of nympho.
