While I am happy with the progress in this serial, I can't help but be very annoyed with Ekta.

She has copied the scenes from Kayamath. She changed them a little, but the story is the same.

In Kayamath, Prachi and her husband Milind have a similar encounter on the terrace. Prachi finally yells at Milind after silently suffering for so long. In response, Milind abruptly silences Prachi with a kiss. After this, they both unveil their feelings for one another, leading to a night of unparalleled passion.

This scene was amazing and a landmark in Hindi serial history,as it was full of passion and emotion. It was also kind of bold in terms of the meek television standards. Needless to say, Kayamath fans were so floored and impressed with this. This scene has been entrenched in the minds of Kayamath fans, including myself, as one of the best scenes from the entire show.

It irritates me beyond belief that this same scenario has been utilized/recycled in Bandini. It definitely annoys Kayamath fans. Furthermore, it puts Ekta's own talents to shame that they have to reuse scenes from her other serials.

The scene in Bandini is a bit different from, but it is still a clear case of plagiarism from Kayamath.

I have gradually started to become a fan of Bandini - I am growing to appreciate the serial. However, when scenes are recycled like this, it does not do justice to Kayamath or Bandini.

I dont think its a case of plagiarism or anything..both are Ektaa's..........
Of corse the route is the same but the end product is totally different....and why not.. many romantic scenes look same.. after all all are romantics....😳

actually, there is such a thing as self-plagiarism...meaning copying your old work and presenting it as new

although its not enforceable, it is often looked down upon in the creative realm

in terms of academics, it is very looked down upon to reuse the same concept by presenting it as something different altogether

Plagiarisms... But that was also a BT show.. So copying from one's own doc is not exactly what u call plagiarism...

But yes.. It was a copy of Kayamth.. but I mussay, Michi scene was hotter than this😉 It's my second fav SR scenes from Tele😍

I would disagree here. The circumstances were similar but the behaviour of the hero and heroine were very different. So were the scenes.
There the hero profusely apologised before sealing her lips with a kiss as she did not notice it in her emotional outburst. He then apologises for that too and was about to leave before the heroine takes the bold step of stopping him. What followed was the most memorable union which was both passionate and extremely tender. Nothing can surpass that.
Here we did not see any apology from DM before he concretised his marriage. He, more or less, semed to take it for granted tht all he needed to tell Santu was that he has come for her and that was enough. She too proved him right, the ever willing chokri. And the macchar hitting really got on my nerves. I felt it was so unwanted. Wished they just flowed with the tide instead of breaking the spontaneity.
In short, I would'nt say the scenes were recycled although the situation (water body, green attire of the heroine and the background of a tiff between the leads) was similar.

Well he is the too proud to apologize... A bit egoistic...

Waise bhi, his char was SO changed from where he started in Jan... Suddenly he became such Santu-diwana... So many things have changed...

So, DM being an egoistic arrogant fellow, too proud to be... let all these things remain in his char... otherwise I wont be able to recognize him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!😲
