Just watched the last episode, and makes me think that DM is very serious about the "punishment" he has announced for Santu. He means business.

Sounds bad times for all in the household, there cannot be any laughter.

Lets wait tomorrow for the reaction of others around Santu.

This requires a bit of courage from Santu. As a punishment, DM told her she can't visit Nanaji. But seriously, has he tied her hands and feet so she cant do that? She should just walk out of that door. And for once she must go against the mighty Dharampur maalik. This may be a bold move for Santu, but she has to do this in order to stop the whole family from taking her for granted.

Like Radhika said earlier, leaving at this time would be like accepting defeat......I think Santu should stay in the mansion, accept the punishment stoically without crying and then torture DM.......it's not like he is oblivious to her and she does not affect him in any way.....if she is around, does all her duties as a mother and daughter like he said but totally ignores him, in other words is the same Santu for everyone else but him, he is going to be tormented a lot more than if she just leaves, thats only going to make him angry, not repentant or sorry for ever giving her the punishment. I truly beleive that with this punishment, he has ended up punishing himself more than Santu and is going to regret it.

Besides its all well and good saying she should gather courage and leave, but she also has to think of her nanaji and her sisters, they all depend on DM for their livelihood, live in the village that belongs to DM....she being his wife can be defiant, ignore his punishment and leave but in doing so she will be putting her entire family on the spot because they will be going against malik's judgement by letting her stay with them and I am sure Santu will never let her family be in that predicament.

I suppose you do make your point about Nanaji scenario sg, but this is not just about her husband. The same family members have been at her throat at one point or another - from Baa to Birwa. Baa and Bapuji were not happy with Santu when she hid Moti's truth. I don't know how they are treating her now since I stopped watching the show when her rona dhona started. Thanks a lot for the updates, they help me decide whether to watch the episode or not.

Although Hiten is acting like an adult right now, it took him the longest to accept her. Kaddu has been a brat at numerous occasions, recent one being when the duplicate bhootni came. Birwa was also following Kaddu's footsteps and didn't like her interfering. And do I really need to explain DM, Moti and Maulik's attitude towards her? Suraj is young so can't really talk about him. The only person who really has been supportive towards Santu throughout all this is Champakali. To be honest with you, she's been my favorite character in Bandini from day one.

To summarize, Santu's one step in the wrong direction, and they will be out to get her, forgetting all she has done for each one of them. But then again CVs do what they want, all we can do is voice our opinions.
