Bandini and all Ekta Serials make women suffer

Why are you all surprised that Bandini is moving in circles these days and story not moving forward? This is typical Ekta Kapoor recipe for her success. Let women suffer, let villains win time and again, keep delaying the suspense as long as possible and then let good people win only occassionally. This is exactly whats happening in Bandini... Taru scheming to get rid of Santu who keeps crying instead of confronting her and telling DM the truth about Taru.. Santo and Khemi crying while Ekta is laughing all the way to the bank with the money she is making off these serials. I have stopped watching Bandini from this week. When I first started to watch it, I thought Ekta would now be tired of her recipe and perhaps explore new avenues but sadly, its the same old Kusum and Kasam Se recipes bundled together into Bandini.

Yep, this is a true fact. Kasturi suffered the same fate, always crying and being unhappy. I hope that this show proves to be different.

I agree, this show is going the typical Ekta route...I was hoping it would be different and it started out that way but now it seems like any other Ekta show. I also fail to understand how the show went from a rural setting to urban - I say urban because some of the stuff shown like such a cavalier attitude to divorce is not something you would find in rural India...actually its not something you would find in urban India either, it's only found in Ekta's world. I am waiting to see how she is going to introduce extramarital affairs and illegitimate kids into this show. It would be such a waste since the show started out so well.

I mean she must have some talented people in her creative team as sometimes they do seem to come up with great episodes but they are very few and far between.

It's not even like before when she had too many shows on air and so quality took a back seat - these days Bandini and Pavitra Rishta are her only prime-time shows, her shows on SP have been relegated to the afternoon slots and her horror show on Colors is soon going on a seasonal break....so with only two prime-time shows, why can't she churn out some good stuff?
