@ Rasika:

Well I will not agree on that .. because love and limits are two different things .. and mother's love consists of both .. atleast that is what I think .. Maulik got loads of love .. but no limits. . because DM always wanted to make up for lost time and broken relationships with his kids by giving them unlimited freedom .. Moti always felt for Maulik because he lost his mom when he was so young .. that makes me wonder, what kind of a woman is she?

If she could give half of her attention to Birwa and Suraj, they'd not feel so alone as they do now! What Santo will do is restore sanity and limits through her type of love which WILL have limits..

Suks, Why do you think DM and Hiten will be at odds over this? DM seemed concerned for Mongi too. He has a soft spot for her too. And since DM knows Maulik all too well, DM and Hiten will have the same reaction na. I don't get it.

Motiben will probably argue with DM about his newfound love for his in-laws!

Nooo

They wont argue about the Waghelas ..

As I mentioned before, I fear Hiten will take up DM's case as a bad father
again citing Maulik's utter dependence on alcohol because his father neglected him
and he had no mother..

Well... if at all someone needs to complain about not having mother's love, it should be Birwa and Suraj. But, by some miracle, Birwa has turned out to be more sensible. It's the kids who got more of their mother's love that are a pain... I am returning to my Rebecca theory... I still think Subhi has been portrayed as too goody-goody. Her children provide evidence of the opposite!

^^ Sukhi, you've raised an interesting point here, one that can have a lot of explanations as well.. WHY is Moti so interested in the first 3 kids, but she hardly seems to be bothered about Suraj and Birwa..

And i completely agree with your last line.. Santo will be the perfect equaliser...

Yeah Suks, that makes sense. Now I see your point. Hiten will defo blame DM for Maulik's condition. Although in reality it's Moti too. Too much pampering. UFFF!!!

If Hiten did that then he is a duffod and deserves to be ignored! DM should just say 'Give me a break! I haven't had a wife for the past X years and I have to manage you lot all by myself'😡

Rasika, i'm joining you with the rebecca theory.. Subhi seems to bee too good and her children are just the opposite.. other than the last two...

Mru and Rasika:

I so hope that happens.. somehow some incidence proves that it was only DM who loved Subhi so madly and Subhi was really not worth all the hype and attention .. or maybe she was not happy with the marriage towards the end or got really unreasonable or something ..

Rasika,
That's what ... the other point to notice is that Hiten has always been too old for Moti to influence .. so barring the kids that Moti had an influence on, aka Maulik and Kaddu .. the rest of them are FINE!

@ Mombs:

With the successful completion of the order and the diamond work front gaining newer heights, Hiten can now base his grudge upon the fact that DM is always concerned with his work .. and unrealistically hopes that the success at work will translate to success in relationships!

Santu will be the saviour of the Mahyavanshi family. She will teach the seniors of the family a thing or two...with Bapuji's support ofcourse.

DM will learn how to LOVE his kids while maintaining discipline.

Santu has already reached Hiten and DM, the key players in the family.
