I don't know the film , but I think we have to watch all the circomstances of the accident to comment on , and if it's helping sanraj to get much closer , why not ?

Truebluemoon, I think it was long pointed out that there are some similarities to Virasat and other TV shows while it's based on a gujarati novel.

Recently there has been some comparison to Rebecca as well and i am sure more readers/viewers can point out many more books, films and shows that may have some scenes or themes that are the same.

A lot of films have scenes similar to other movies. Heck, Bollywood movies lift things straight out of Hollywood movies. I am sure this scene of iron rods happened in one or more holly movie or western TV show too.

People get ideas from movies, shows, life experiences, and more. Nothing wrong with it. Best to just sit back enjoy the show for what it is showing.

And here it will show how DM and Santu are brought closer or atleast are made aware of their feelings for each other.

Not much for translations today.

Megs: Meghna bolu chu (Meghna speaking) samdhi ji (

DM: Kem shu che (why what's up)? (megs invites him to anniv and tells him to come with Bhabhi) arre, Megha shu che yaar (Meghna, what's this yaar)….Aare pun mari vaat toh sambhar (arre, but listen to me), hulo. Hulo. Muki didho yaar (she hung up yaar).

DM: (tells Moti he has to take Santu to Vadodra) Haan toh shu karun (Yes, so what can I do)? Chokri ko bolna param divas (day after tomorrow) jana hai jara taiyar rehve.

Moti calls Champu Africa ki Maharani!!! Champu tells her Santu left.

DM: Chali gayi etle shu (she left means what)?

DM comes to the village.

DM: (Santu offers him water) Pani nathi pivu (I don't want to drink water)

Thanks Mombasa for the translation, as always. I am sure it will help me, since I live around the guju community and my son's class has many of them.

And you make the translations even more interesting. Why dont we have the translations on a separate thread!??? It would be a splendid reference point?

About the epy yday, I was not particularly interested in the Hit-me scenes, khemi's realisation. As I had put it earlier, it would be a distraction which I would not like to indulge in and that's the way exactly I felt. No offence to the characters or the actors, but certainly my mind was not there, as it had all followed DM -Santo in the car!

And talking about DM, he sure knows how to get his work done, he is such a 'Smarty-pooo' - truly adorable teddy you cant stay away from like Santo!

@Mru and Rasika, i watched Rebecca finally. Wow, what a wonderful movie. Yup, DM == DeWinter, the akkadness yet the likin for the new girl while everyone believes he loved his old wife. The only difference is Max never claimed to love his old wife but DM does!

HEHE...interesting marriage proposal. when she is sketching him she points out his expressions keep changing...like our DM, he had gazillion expressions. Anyways, thank you for pointing it out.

Personally, I think Olivier is a giant in performance, but actually RR is quite good. Very good infact... 👏
