I don't but maybe his return and his love to Santu will put more flavour to the story

It is not even possible . Shashank may come back but how will she be able to talk to him in front of the household. It is not like two will sit in the garden swing and show that they are buddies from the past.shashnk is not a fool to tell Mahyavanshi family of his love for Santu.
Eventually DM and Santu will get closer but Shashnk will not have much to do with it. First she has to make her way to inside the house. THere is not too many ways of getting closer from storeroom for sure. AS long as the Beast (motiben) is lurking 😡 in the house , kids will not get closer to her either. I am sure Ekta will find a way. 😃
For now i want to be a nurse who takes care of sick DM.😉

Shashank is non entity in Santo's life now. HEHE!!
Shashank must have moved on too...it's not like Santo cared.
