Many a times I have dreamt of this scene .. a scene when they
fall in love hopelessly with each other .. *I know it's a loooong way off*
and she tells him about all the sad things that she had to go through
before she got his love ..

That would be the best way to tell him ..

Hey, Mru, I haven't been keeping up with the thread too much, so sorry for asking but why do you hate Nanaji.

Gaanv wale I can understand but why poor Nana. He tried to hide the evidence. Was absolutely sad when he faced DM in his aangan.

Mombs.. Nanaji dint try hard enough to prevent this.. He could've told a tiny white lie.. refused to recognise the bracelet... After all, we're talking about malik here, the same malik who married his grand daughter to save her self respect, personal agendas aside... He punishes alright, but then he praises/rewards tenfold as well..

Mru, he could have refused to recognize the bracelet in front of the gaanv wala but DM would have recognized it.

And DM did not marry his grand-daughter to save her self respect. No..no...DM married her for his ulterior motives. IF he married her to give her respect, she would not be in the store room!

Well said there, Mombs ..

If giving respect was what DM intended to do ... rest assured he'd
have made sure that she got her spot in the house ..

Yaha pe maajra yeh hai ki DM thinks he is doing nothing
wrong by keeping santo out of the house, out of contact and interaction
with his family .. he just treats her like something which is going to tag along
with him for the rest of his life - atleast as of now ..
