That's the million dollar question. Narayani said that had she had the baby it would've been Darpan's age and Darpan is what,10 years? I'm not sure, after all, this is Tellywood and they age children at the blink of an eye.

I am guessing VR and Narayani had an affair while VR was married to Meethi Ma, but maybe Narayani didn't know VR was married until after she became preggers.
