Haven't seen the episode yet until later but probably he is talking about Raghav because Narayani is staying in Patil house only for Darpan and Ganesh. So as long as they are there, she will stay for the time being. VR has Darpan staying there because he thinks Mahesh will come there but the only thing that came is his past to bite him in his behind, good and more revelations of his past deeds will soon follow. So in a way Darpan staying there is a blessing in disguise because all VR's deeds will be expose, maybe that's the important work that Darpan was chosen for.

Tht will be only out to the world aftr darpan turning young n his family already knows it 😉 so inside his family he has no fear of it n neither narayani expressed any type of fear she should hv really expressed whn knowing ganesh the animal will be living with VR.
