However, if you want pure red blood cell transfusion, then any -ve blood group would do...including o -ve, a -ve, b-ve and ab -ve. Ab +ve blood group people are the luckiest ones - they can receive rbc transfusion from each and every blood group, whether +ve or -ve. Check with your doctor.
