Even in India, Social workers are bound by certain laws and dos and donts ... it is not that they can go for protests with their infants in arms, take the law in their hands, start slapping the offenders and bark at the police.

Few days back I watched "Southpaw" the latest Hollywood movie. In which the hero becomes alcoholic and drugs addict after his wife gets killed in an event. He looses his everything. He looses his house car etc and left with zero balance. All the time he was in a drugged state. After that only his only daughter put under the care of Child Protective Services. In the end when he wins a boxing fight again and gets his house back etc then he gets his daughter back.
So none of the above mentioned case was with Anandi, so even if she was in USA, her daughter won't be snatched from her by police.

India is a democracy so I gave you example of another democracy i.e. USA. But if you live in some monarchy or military ruled country then I don't know about their rules. They may not have right to Freedom of movement etc.

Anandi had gone to attend a wedding or she had gone to stop a wedding ? 😕

anandi should never take nandini to wedding venue because at such event there r more chances of fighting .such dowry fighting now if anandi went to wedding and if suddenly bridegrom starting demanding dowry and anandi call police to arrest culprit then nandini will again kidnapp .bridegroom father will say to anandi u does not let us to take dowry so i taking nandini away from u

this wedding venue is very dangerous place .so anandi should never take nandini to wedding venue

Anandi hasn't gone to Pooja-Kundan wedding to give blessings 😆nor she was their relative that she takes her baby girl with her. She went there to stop that marriage. Taking your child to friends/relatives wedding is an entirely different thing.

All relatives attend the wedding and if there is any interruption in the proceedings they will come together and attack. They wont keep quite because it is a prestige issue for both the parties. They don't care even if it is a child marriage or something else. At that moment they only consider completion of all rituals before the auspicious wedding hour passes. (Eg. Gulli and Jyoti marriage.) Anandi knows this very well!

What Anandi would have done if all the relatives of Pooja and Kundan attacked her before the police arrived? Would she be able to keep her baby safe? What if Nandini got injured in all this? Suppose things went from words to extreme violence...she would have lost her daughter and her life also.

unfortunately anandi get very little time to stop child marriage first it was jyoti then she has to go alone in jyoti marriage and anandi was locked in room by jyoti parents and even villagers r were throwning anandi .fortunately shiv reach there and save anandi

anandi does not want to take nandini to stop child marriage but unfortunately lack of space lack of time force anandi to take such step
