What if Mannu told it was his idea not Pooja ... Then

If Ganga blame Pooja , may be Mannu defend Pooja saying he plan this Pooja nodded with him

Fact remains Mannu came up with this idea ... Pooja only happy being Mannu is in love with her

Both are in love still live with their family did not runs away its not situation

why this mess becoz Mannu came with this idea then drama happen ... Here Pooja is culprit but Mannu is bit more culprit for planning this

But Mannu will be Scott free since Pooja made him falls in love ... That's not crime , crime is runs away from home ... But blame is on Pooja more

In law falls is love is not crime but running away getting married under age is crime ... Certainly Pooja is guilty but fact remain Mannu came with this

Sarita can file the case (not Pooja) against Mannu- Mannu will be held guilty and sent to juvenile home for three years. But creatives will not show this - it will be all drama, blame game and nobody will have the spine to tell that all are wrong. I liked the way Sarita replied back Ganga, but it will be wrong to give clean chit to anybody in this mess.

How come Pooja is more gulity ... Fine she made Mannu falls in love ...is this crime by law

When crime came in picture when Mannu plan to run away with Pooja ,.. Pooja is gulity but Mannu is more gulity

Pooja did not plan to run away from home & get married its Mannu ... This is punishable by law ... Making someone falls in love still not crime by law

In Sa- Ja- Ga drama in the court she stood up for Jagya because she believed that he deserved a second chance because he has changed and realised that he was wrong in his past two marriages.

She did same with Ratan too. He was wrong to snatch a baby from his mother.Even if he happened to be the father of that baby. Police complaint was filed against him and he was absconding. When she found the baby she made sure that police were informed about the absconding family and got the baby back from Ratan - she was standing up for Ganga's rights then.

When she met Ratan on his death bed and knew that he realised his mistakes and kept his promise made to his ex wife she felt that he deserved to fulfil his last wish. Even if she extricated from the promise she made it was very clear that she has taken a stand against Ganga. If she kept quiet at te time of funeral it is not the right time to create a drama and also probably she believed that Mannu should perform the last rites for Ratan.

People keep saying that she gave a clean chit. But the stand she has taken during that time and the stand she has taken in Ratan's case in his last days are not very different.She snatched the baby from him when he had no rights to do so and tried to speak up for him when she thought he deserved to meet his son one last time.

She did speak up for people when she thought their rights are being violated be they family or outsiders.

Agree both kids are gulity deserves equal punishment

But if one party blame other then its wrong

here one party being Much more powerful than other ...

If only Sarita Pooja ended up being gulity then its wrong Anandi surely defend this ... Rightly so

If Anandi thought J deserved second chance - she should have told so. Why lie under oath? Or is she some extra constitutional authority that she can do whatever she wants regardless of what law says? She snatched the child when it could as well be done by constitutional means, she promised Ratan when she thought he is right regardless of the fact how Mannu will cope with this. When in hospital (not in cremation ground) it was decided that they will agree to Bimala's demand that Mannu will light the pyre - why nobody thought it s effect on Mannu? Why not even Anandi said that it will be hard for Mannu? She opened her mouth only after Mannu was devastated and told that she will make him understand...

All this is being pointed out that Anandi is the lead and creatives try to show that she is always right - but what they show makes one feel that they themselves do not know - what is right and what is wrong.

i agree wid u except that here one party much more powerful so saying like this.

no if ganga wud'd been equal wid sarita or less then 2 she wud'd said same thing bcoz she asked pooja 2 stay away from mannu .and many times she indirectly showed her she doesn't like her disturbing mannu.

so i find more fault in pooja.

mannu is responsible 4 his running away not pooja's.and if consequences r worse then both"ll hav 2 face & take the blame.and i m sure if 2marrow pooja will hav sum health prob after it ganga won't hesitate 2 treat her.

But surabhi what has this marriage got to do with pooja's trapping mentality? It was mannu who started all this eloping and marrying thing taking their relationship into a totally different level. Pooja is as young and innocent as mannu, to use all her brains and behave like a mature adult. When she tried to behave like anandi , mannu already cut her there and asked her to come along.

Anyway the point is about ganga screeching at saritha and threatening her. Anandi can any time ask ganga to behave properly.

Sarita and Pooja are Anandi's problem

They are under her care and protection and if somebody who is drunk on power that education and marriage into a rich locally influential family has given them bully Sarita and Pooja Anandi better stand up for them.

If Pooja marries Mannu - Only Anandi has a moral right to take Pooja to task. Because she was the one who rescued Pooja from child marriage and given a new life to her and her mother.

Ganga and Jagya are no one to punish Pooja and Sarita over this because they are just as wrong as Sarita and they failed in controlling their son just like Sarita failed with Pooja.

Pooja and Mannu cast shadows on the work that Anandi had been doing through Shiv Niketan

So she should oppose Singhs too fro because of the Heir of Singhs SN reputation has been tarnished.

Both kids may be guilty, but as per law - Mannu will be held guilty and Pooja will go scot free. Ganga may blame Sarita - Pooja, but how will Ganga's allegations make them guilty. Law does not follow anybody's allegations. Anandi should have remained neutral at this time - more so, because as of now nobody knows what transpired between Pooja and mannu. Ganga had suspicion when Mannu seemed to be irritated with Pooja constantly disturbing him - but even Ganga does not know that Mannu developed feelings and himself went to Pooja with elopement plan.
