hina she din't give that excuse abt no time. i think even J agrees that he doesn't hav time so she said she tried talking 2 him but cudn't. an di think post-leap CVs hav given impression that J is v. busy & no time 2 talk 2 eitehr ganga or kids much.and he said she doesn't want him 2 cum btn her decisions was said wen she said that she wants 2 rectify her mistake. then i think he was wrong in saying that she doesn't want him 2 cum in btn her decisions.

if ganga's thinking on feminism lines abt J is wrong so J is also wrong 4 blaming ganga abt not cuming in btn her decisions wen she clearly told that she only wants 2 rectify.

the thing is in J's case i m disappointed the way he talked wid ganga.oderwise i din't find him wrong abt that deal thing.he shud'd talked 2 her in much better way.

@dolly Jagya falsely blamed her ok but what was her act ? with her act she only proved to him she is expert she knows better and does not feel the need to discuss with him anything then why he won't think same? I am blaming Ganga more because Jagya no where showed to her he wanted her to be two step behind her and always follow him i must say ganga should be ashamed of herself to even think like this Disgusted with cvs today that Ganga thinks like this for the man who gave her respect first of all and treated her like a human being that deserve love and respect ? and she with her act proved to Jagya despite it was not her intention but her act was certainly this she knows more than him leave husband wife issue it was her professional responsibility to discuss this with her seniors but she thinks she can do this on her own ? I dare to say today for the first time Ganga took wrong advantage of hospital being her personal and that MD is her husband she thinks she can do anything in hospital without bothering about seniors She has full right to voice her opinion , she has full right to give her suggestions but she cannot insult her seniors like this by showing them off she is their boss In anyother hospital she will be fired for this

@dolly when did Ganga say she wanted to rectify her mistake ? perhaps i missed that part but she no where realized her mistake but was bringing man woman issue if she wanted to rectify her mistake she was never serious there because first she did not realize it and dragged it to man vs woman issue and nothing can cool down my anger on Ganga today for thinking such rubbish about her husband Ganga should give two slaps to her for that I am mad her today That was so out of Gangas character

and Jagya when he has no time ? He comes home , comes hospital she could not get 2 seconds to talk to him ? In all their conversations about kids Did she herself conveyed him properly what exactly is problem Frankly she behaved out of character Most of the times she was beating around the bush when she has been so clear to Jagya for each and every thing Creatives unfortunately are butchering Ganga to make masalas for Anandi and Dadisaa

sidra tho i m disappointed wid ganga 4 thinking abt J like this wen he never thot like this.

but i don't think ganga gave any indicn that shes an expert.she only done deal wen she cudn't talk 2 J abt it & she said this 2 him & he agreed that he doesn't hav time. but still ganga shud'd asked him abt it but J is also wrong in thinking that she thinks that only shes an expert & thatswhy she did this.he did this same in shyamlal bhai's case & was shown apologising 2 her later on & saying that i thot only i've understanding abt ppl. hes doing same thing again. don't know why Cvs r doing his wid JaGan??

and i don't think she took wrong advantage of hospi MD's wife bcoz machines were not updated & they cudn't talk 2 each oder and nowhere i found ganga behaving or insulting any of her srs even if shes thinking abt J is wrong.it din't luke 2 me that either she wants 2 take advantage or insult or showing off 2 any1 thinking her superior.

hina she said this in the room later on wen she brought milk & J asked abt deal cancel. she said she did this 2 rectify her mistake.

and i think she only thot abt man vs woman thing bcoz the way J talked 2 her & he also clearly agreed that he doesn't've time. he said that he knows he doesn't hav time & nor he cums 2 hospi much but that doesn't mean he doesn't know wats needed in hospi & wats not.but still i also disappointed wid her 4 that feminism thing. that was clearly out of ganga's ckt.

btw 2days epi was so much disappointing. 2 make masala 4 A & DS JaGan r bcuming scapegoats of CVs.forced MUs & forced angers & wat not. just fed up of this. wish it gets flopped big time. & BV shuts down ASAP.

Ganga did mistake She should have discussed with Jagya before making deal no matter he is busy but she should have called him and asked him for once before making that deal He is MD of hospital People will ask from him not from Ganga because he is MD not she His signature is needed everywhere on every deal if he remains clueless about what things are brought in hospital, what deals are made because Ganga does it on her own and don't discuss with him then its a huge insult of him in front of others So what he was busy with other profession she could have called him We need a meeting in hospital regarding few machines needed for hospital Other senior doctors including Lal should be present in that and then Ganga should have told that to Jagya and Jagya would not have stopped her at all and disapproved her suggestion but he needs to know about what deals are made in his hospital because on same deals his signatures are needed The dealers will contact him not that they are going to agree to Ganga only but she did not do that so how Jagya can be blamed for it ?He does not have time He remains busy with other works ? Thats no excuse Ganga

No matter your MD is busy still you should wait for him and discuss what is needed in your work place because after all he runs that place and he has to talk with other people people will ask from him about all deals No matter you makes deal but people will ask from MD because his signature is needed on all deals and checks because he runs that place so how right is that not to inform him and surprise him with a check I made a deal just sign it and he has no clue what is this deal all about ? Ganga was at fault there and she would be reprimanded by any MD in Jagya's place no matter he is not a man but a woman so what was that Ganga's nonsense dialogue all about no matter how much a woman progresses still she will be lagging behind man ? About whom she was talking this ? Don't tell me she was talking this about Jagya because I cannot believe she can think like this for him ? Perhaps removing her pallu from her head she dropped her brain too and forgot this is the same man because of whom she got all this progress in her life and career ? To whom she used to say devi maa came in form of this man to her then how can she think like this for him ?and when did he disapproved her suggestion before that now she took it to that way not realizing her main fault for not discussing with him she end up thinking he did not like her making deal ? and then she made matters more worse she cancelled the deal again without informing Jagya Same mistake she did twice because she only thought Jagya is angry at her she made deal not that she should have discussed with him ? He is suppose to answer to them When did he ask her why you made the deal He was all the way saying to her you did not discuss with me but she cancelled the deal making more problems for him Jagya was right what those people will think and i won't say he was accusing Ganga because he was not wrong that when he said Ganga did not like him talking in what she did therefore she cancelled it to make him happy so he was right on his part to take offense of this next time he wont talk in whatever she does Go on do whatever you want i will not give my opinion Even though this might be not Ganga's intention to make Jagya feel this but her act only proved this and he was right in thinking so

I hope cvs make Ganga realize her fault instead of blaming Jagya and excusing her and without any third interference No Dadisaa No Anandi in this Let JaGan do this on their own and most important woman empowerment is not this that Jagya should blindly support Ganga and make different rules for her and different for others for their professional mistakes Woman empowerment is this that Ganga realizes what mistake she did Here she not only did mistake but also misunderstanding her husband she should rectify it

@dolly by cancelling deal what she wanted to prove to him I did not even get why she cancelled deal later First that was wrong from her to make deals without consulting her MD no matter how much busy he is She could call him Such orders are passed after meetings She could have called him and all staff we need an urgent meeting on this and then she could give her suggestions but she did nothing like that We are expecting Jagya should be understanding to her only because he is her husband but just think if she would be working in some other hospital Can she pass orders like this no matter how much busy MD is ?

This was no way to rectify her mistake by cancelling All she should have done is accept to Jagya i am sorry i did not discuss with you which i should have been her correct realization of mistake now but what she did cancelling deal later only to make him more bad She with her act made him feel more insulted she did because to make him feel happy and Jagya was not wrong what they will think now She did not realize her mistake her mistake was not to consult her senior before taking such actions instead she was like why she a woman took this decision and her husband being a man it hurted his ego so she did some great sacrifice and cancelled the deal Thats why i was disappointed with her

and Jagya frankly when Ganga was so right in conveying her thoughts to him that we expect he should not be irritated with her What she did she accused him of being biased to shivam and not caring for his own son in same way She never once conveyed Abhi;s actual problem to him she was blaming him ? Sometimes acting immature he did not just once wished me good luck so he is upset with me? sometimes acting like this the way she acted today You might think Jagya is at butchering spree but more than him it was Ganga who is acting so not like Ganga and acting total stupid

and i know why creatives are doing this Only to make drama for Anandi and Dadisaa Didn't you see how they showed Anandi having second opinion about her ideas but Ganga shows professional irresponsibility Anandi great Ganga idiot This is what cvs want to prove
