There is discontent brewing in Ganga and Abhimanyu.

Whose fault is it?

I think its natural when children live together. It happens even between brothers and sisters who share same set of parents.

So it is not reasonable to point out at any one in particular.
So I am voting for None.

Why creatives is one of the option? Everything happening in the serial is due to creatives only. What is happening between Abhi and Shivam can be simple sibling rivalry except they are not sibling. What Ganga is experiencing is a natural reaction - even in western countries ex wife does not go to live in the same house with her ex-husband and his wife.
