I am posting after long time but was really put off by new twist if it is true to be brought in as per tellybuzz article.

They should have done a thorough job on adoption process. If the adoption is legal as declared by court no biologicall parent can claim the child back.

If adoption has not been legalised then only they have a chance to claim it back. Even then they are answerable to state welfare departments and can not approach adoptive parents directly.as they will not be told where child is placed by adoption home.

It is not adoptive parents but state welfare board takes the decision. This is not US or Canada where adoptive parents know the birth parents and vice versa.

my 2 cents this is the most ridiculous and unwarranted twist. They could have made story beautiful by show in adopted child can be treated equally as biological child

Lets see TB is not all the time correct as well I remember it posted too Ganga is going to die during her pregnancy track and we commented a lot on that but it was just rumor 😆May they are only creating suspense to gain TRPS but if it is true Amol is going back to his parents then complete flop twist What was the purpose of Anandi Shiv adopting Amol then ? Madam Kottery and Mr Bhatt at the time said AnSh adopted Amol they said they are giving message on adoption so now and it is unreal twist Once legal adoption is done the original parents cannot come and claim rights on child just like that Amol is known as Amol Shivraj shekhar in his school and everywhere so ? Heights of stupidity from cvs
if AnSh had to live happily ever after with their own children then i believe viewers were asking for Anandi's pregnancy track from a long time but they shown Amol in between so now what is this twist ? Pretty bad move

It could be a plot hatched by Dadi Bua and Anoop to get the non-biological child out of the house. Create fictitious parents.

Either way, it is heart wrenching for both, the adoptive parents and the child.

And would be rather stupid if not handled correctly.

Amol has to stay with Shiv and Anandi.

i think they are just creating suspense for now Amol might be back to AnSh May be later like happened in nth movies Amol will not be able to stay with his parents he will miss AnSh and his parents if good will give him back to AnSh
Typical film masala 😆Why don't cvs throw DB out of the house why poor kid Amol?

This is a very unpleasant twist in the tale.

I guess this is waiting to happen since Amol's parents are not dead but abandoned him only because he was disabled.

Hopefully they will show it in a logical manner and make it informative about legal issues in adoption.

Most importantly I just hope it is just a twist and Amol Anandi Shiv end up together

I just can not take this new twist of BV...i mean what is this???..i mean after doing all the legal formalities of adoption how suddenly amol's biological parents come and drag him with them...😲..is it possible????

i knew that BV makers do not consider any reserch or logic to create their track..😆.but still is this not too much????

I agree and once the court passes the order that child can be legally adopted the biological parents cease to have that right. I know this as I was told the same when I had counseling session prior to my court appearance for my adoption. Whatever I have written is a first account detail as I have gone through it just recently😊

I agree with you and that is why I have written if true. Since I am also not sure if it is true or a rumor being passed on 😆

Hey Aparna long time 🤗

My hope of making BV making it informative about legal issues in adoption is nil. As they did not show it so far. They did not show that what the adoption process entails and did not differentiate between orphanages and adoption homes. They showed both of them same which is not true in India.

An orphanage need not be adoption home that is they will not have the license required to give the child for adoption. So one can not adopt a child from any orphanage but can do so only on state registered adoption homes.

Secondly before adoption a biological parent has to surrender all their rights. And unless they do so they cannot give the child to anyone for adoption.
