As for the process and legality, they may show Anandi and Shiv doing it out of their will. Still the question remains how the biological parents could find out where the kid is.

Whichever way it is, surely very much uncalled for. It would have been much better if CVs had showed real life situations- how parents can raise adopted and biological kid together- instead of stupid twists for the sake of drama.

Also, I don't think Anandi will deliver in this month. There are too many things pending. Anup facing setback in business and his clashes with Shiv, Khajan's treatment, Anandi's baby shower, and now this drama of Amol's parents, all this can not finish in one month.

An orphanage need not be adoption home that is they will not have the license required to give the child for adoption. So one can not adopt a child from any orphanage but can do so only on state registered adoption homes.

Secondly before adoption a biological parent has to surrender all their rights. And unless they do so they cannot give the child to anyone for adoption.

Thanks for the info about adoption homes and orphanages . So only a few orphanages have licence to facilitate adoption . Hope CVs take note of this and bring out a sensible track

Was looking forward to AnSh with all their children track so much . Don't want to see Anandi Shiv deprived of Amol

Agree with you TM Its the stupidest twist
and they already shown a biological father having change of heart Ratan and giving his child Mannu to Jagya for his better upbringing Now what they will show Amol's parents having change of heart and giving Amol to AnSh for his better It will be almost repeating same stuff . This twist is uncalled for

Puja I agree with you 100%. That is why Govt of India is discouraging adoptions which do not go through proper procedure or are not done through state or central registered adoption agencies.

Mainly the reason being they want to streamline the adoption process as this is very sensitive more so for the child. It is not good for the child as well to be bounced back and forth like football.

And that is the reason why biological parents will never be told where the child is. all the persuasion has to happen at the adoptive agency.

However with this BV is only sending a wrong message on adoption and is sending a message that biological parents have a supreme right over adoptive parents.

To hell with the time, love and affection invested by adoptive parent. And in favor of masala they are spreading wrong message.

Hope this twist is just a rumor and not true.

Even if end Amol's biological parents agree Amol to stay with AnSh as their son

its ridiculous way to convey message that AnSh love Amol like anything can't give up on him at any cost...

Agree its fiction drama still Legality of Adoption at stake which is so imp country like India where still adoption is taboo. First showing an healthy couple opted for Adoption before their Biological kid saying we are spreading awareness of adoption later on for drama twisting entire process

and then Child emotions and Pregnant lady I mean...its pure torture

just becoz Anandi's pregnancy track need some drama some rona dhona bring Amol's parents

its brutality cruelty utter rubbish...high time after AnSh twins make an exit from TV.

Ratan Singh track was far more logical and carried good social message than this This sounds stupid

I don't get why people expect logic from T.V shows specially from Indian T.V serials 😕...I pretty sure BV is not the first T.V show you all have seen so such twist should not be much of a surprise...BV might have been different from others becoz of it's social messages and voice overs but at the end of the day it's a serial like any other...people have put it up on an high pedestal unnecessarily...i never expected anything different from BV...those days have gone long ago when BV was actually different.

Anyway this is all drama and it's impossible that every character's pregnancy has gone through drama but Anandi's won't...she is the main lead so she will obviously have the drama...in the end Amol will get back to AnSh as they are his true parents, biological or not.

BTW trust me many old loyal viewers might actually like this twist...they love when characters get teary and heart broken but at the end everything gets back to normal and happy.

i agree wid u libs. not 2 expect anything logic from Indian shows. but still BV claims 2 b difft & its writers say 4 replacements that they can't bring twist & turns 2 suit a ckt then why this illogical twist??

Balika Vadhu isn't the most real show in the world thats true It has been filmy before too , bloopers were there before too , twists were brought for drama before too but then why don't the writers and channel accept it is just a serial like others but the over confident writers claim we were GIVING SOCIAL MESSAGE then people will criticize them if they show regressive messages

First they turned adoption into samaj seva Anandi was more sort of doing social service by adopting Shiv was fulfilling Anandi's wish. Is adopting a child really some sort of social service ?

Now that cvs have made them parent an adopted child now this drama ?What is message in it ? It is just a twist brought for drama Nothing more

if writers claim we are giving social message then give it properly If they think BV is just like any other serial made for entertainment ( it isn't entertaining either I don't find any entertainment seeing a pregnant lady suffering in either way BV has shown almost all pregnant ladies in tension in some way All has been a torture to me to watch )then better stop acting they are spreading social message

Agree libs that serials are meant to entertain and far from realism. We can understand that but not many are like us who will take it for entertainment value. There are lot of people with low awareness and exposure and for them the message is not right.

My objection is when BV CVs and color brought in adoption with fanfare propogating it as social issue should have then done their research and avoid this stupid twist. The melodrama during anandi pregnancy can be brought in 100 different ways avoiding this twist
