Someone could have simply said, 'par Gauri kya?' That thought would have been enough to show humanity. But all were only concerned with ladesar's happiness and waris.

Only if J's first child had survived, would he have left G like that? or Would DSa not seek to close then? Just because G had nothing more to offer and since J was niether legally binded, they all walked off on her.

you are not getting my point Two people are wrong ? i guess if i am not wrong it was Gauri who betrayed Jagya in the end She lied , kept him in dark and then instead of asking forgiveness asked him go whereever What was her insecurity from Anandi behind insulting Bhairon ? Was that because of Anandi's status in Jagya's life ? Esha, agree with you. My rant is the same : that BH peeps and A never even thought of Gauri when arranging J's 3rd match. This is totally unrealistic. At least discuss Gauri and dismiss her. They just took advantage of the law and pretended she didn't exist.

In today's world even a live-in relationship cannot be broken like this. For the simple reason that then men will keep abandoning women with no accountability. One half of the couple is distraught and pining and the other half remarries with no thought to the past.

Jagya already closed the door with ganga and they even have a child.

As for livein relationships, it is mainly done to do away with the regular hassles of separation.

Only when a child is involved and the woman cannot support the child, then the man is asked to take responsibility.

Courts should have proper rules in place. In a move to mete out justice, they should not overlook why marriage and legitimacy are there in the first place. Two contradictory things cant coexist. Either it should be rules or no rules.
