I am more concerned about justice being done even if the means that are employed are not so nice.

I am concerned about justice as it should have been, it is not about right of criminals but about how the creatives are going round about ways and creating unrealistic situations. Justice by unfair means is bad for a serial giving so much gyan. What compulsions are there to not show forensic evidence, proper grilling by the defense lawyer etc.? Do viewers want underhand tactics and making the lead do all the work? Can forum members remember any case where wife/family of the accused are on detective mission, stalking the persons they think are involved in the case and getting away with it? In a recent case the family member of accused (they were friends) went to meet the victim and it was duly taken note of the court/investigating agency.

This is a soap and so we will be subjected to unrealistic tracks.

anandi need not not have to go but she could have sent some detectives disguised as sympathetic media or some such thing.

They wanted to show anandi helping her husband and thats the crux of the matter than anything else.

It was cringeworthy but we are watching a soap and so we have to watch it in that light.

As for grilling, one cant grill a lady beyond a point. And she will start emotional drama like crying and fainting like sanchi did.

We all know court cases do not always mete out justice to the victim as they are dependent on proofs and witnesses which are manipulated by unscrupulous and the wealthy.

We are not living in an ideal world.

Yes surabhi. If the police do their duty, common man wont have to go that extra mile.

Our system is hopeless.

I don't see anything wrong in her going over to Rasika's place and later on to Brijessh's place.
It amounts to intimidating if the so called victim complains.
Even if it amounts to intimidation I don't think the police or the court can do anything except to tell Anandi to lay off Rasika and Brijesh.

What happened to Anandi's husband is not right and she wanted to know why she had done it so that she can go from there to prove her husband is innocent.

She knew whta Rasika has done. Now she is onto the next question why she had done that.

Court and the great systems we have in place in our country are supposedly doing their job there is no law that says Anandi can't go on her fact finding mission.

She has seen this Brijesh with her so she went to see this man and he gave Rasika a clean chit about her efficiency and her character which she knows that it is not true.

So she wanted to know for herself why he is giving her a clean chit and whether he is involved in this or not.

What I want to know is that is there a law that prevents the victims or the accused to gather evidence in their favour?
Is there a law in this country that prevents the accused or the victims arguing their own case in the court of law???

Yes the system should do it's job.Is there a law that prevents the civil citizens of the country helping the police with the investigations???

I do believe that people shouldn't be sitting on their backsides and expect the police, govt and the systems to do their job.

Be it when it comes to getting justice for themselves are making a better life for the people around them.

This is also a way to show how people can help themselves without breaking laws.

I don't know about others but most people who watch this show watch it to see how the characters react or act in a particular situation. Here is the story of a man who is wrongly accused by a woman and it is all about how they come out to prove his innocence.
The story is not about what the police did what the lawyer did what the investigating agency did to help
It is about how this one mistake made by this man had cost him so dearly and how he deals with it and how he fights and how his wife and the family support him through this and how they handle the society that keeps questioning them and taunting them.

When there is no written law which prevents the victims abd accused to try and prove their point in the court of law don't know why people have problems with Anandi doing things in her way.
Yes if they decide to punish the offenders on their by taking the law into their own hands then they should be condemned.

Grilling of ladies happen in court cases - it is not that difficult - serials may show that fainting results in end of grilling, in reality - grilling will continue in next hearing. Court cases may not always meet out justice but in real life - judeges and lawyers are not as fool as they are shown in serials/films. This applies for police also - the police are either inefficient or corrupt in the serials unless the lead/his friend/family is the police officer.

Yes there are no such laws. And I did not complain about that. The complaint here is about Anandi harassing someone by going to his house, asking him personal questions, checking about the wallets and handbags in his house. I would ask her to "GET OUT" . And the bigger complaint is about CV's putting aside bigger things like PM issues and actual clues and making the lead go around peoples houses. She could atleast hire a detective. S/he won't be this clumsy at least😳.

The police are not clean as recent and not so recent happenings show. they usually side with powerful criminals and politicians.
Judges are also human and sometimes vulnerable. They are also under tremendous pressure as some supreme court judge said sometime back. Every judge wont have the willpower to standup against such pressure which may even threaten their lives and destroy those who are close to them.
