The trial was too quick and too filmy.

And they usually give a nominal punishment or fine even if dadisa has shot to help.
Heth singh can appeal to a higher court as the shot was a single deathly shot.

The villains could have easily deleted the video instead of hiding it which will be used only against them if found out.
Why did they preserve the video in the first place?

And Shiv had to play a part in finding that mobile phone.

I was wondering when did shiv arrive?

And gulli was able to give evidence in court after a hectic drive and the judge did not consider her frail state and postponed the hearing.

True leaves ...according to me the yesterday episode was too hurried and messed up.Ist they show Suddenly Villegers come in from of BH with their drums and start celebrating.The MLA jagdeesh himself did not know that he have won...This is ridiculous. In reality this can not be happened...

then suddenly the bahirov -basant and anandi went to meet to DS and that scene was abruptly ended and start the Ds court drama..no continuity...no flow of incident...😕

do not know how SRS reached to Court ??????then suddenly A-G2 and gulli scene...gulli came out form coma...Shya went to search the phone...police have definitely searched the whole accident place but they have find out it...plus this case was happened atleast one week ago ... so the phone was their for one week but still it was intact...neither damage to phone...nor to its battery????do not know how can this all be possible...😲

overall i was not at all convinced with the way Bv makers suddenly wrap up the whole court drama...it was like half cooked khichri...

The episode was full of blooper. Election drama was nowhere near reality - so it has to happen that the result should come as a pleasant surprise for the candidate. More bloopers in jail and court scenes. A few of them are:

- They do not allow jail inmates to meet family members every now and then - frequent meetings can only be with their lawyer to prepare the case.

- The trial in High Court of Rajasthan? That too in Jaitsar? Biggest blooper. The murder trial has to be heard by district court.

- A murder trial complete in one day is the biggest wonder. Even after completing the evidence, the judge do not pronounce the judgement same day. BH people are surely God in the serial. Same was done with Ganga's divorce.

- Did they show inquiry report from police presented to the court or evidence by police officers?

- Gulli waking from coma and going to court for evidence immediately was an impossible thing. In such cases, the lawyer takes an adjournment for a future date till the patient is in a state to travel and record her statement.

- Gulli's phone fell outside the room, how did it was found inside? If the goons hid the phone, why in the same room? They could have easily carried the phone with them and destroyed it. The police could not find anything and the two hero went there and found it immediately. Even the batteries of phone was working without being charged and the court, which does not have a computer (the judge was writing with a pen in register, which judges do not do now) come up with a projector to show everybody what was in the phone video.

- In BH, Gahna praying with Makhan, Nandu and Mannu. Bhairvi and Abhimanyu are forgotten completely.

She would have been given a nominal minimal punishment for taking law into her hands.

Did they know that she was recording it in the first place ?I don't think so. They just that she was spying on them and decided to teach a lesson.

Agreed that trial is too filmy in the sense they let Dsa get away with what ever she has done even if it was done to save a human being and even if the fellow deserved to die that doesn't mean they can let her off with no punishment.

She can't be charged for murder and top of it she herself came and confessed her crime then it was proven that that man was trying to harm Gulli and she accidentally killed him.

Even without Gulli's evidence it would have been proven that she took life in order to rescue some one She would not have been charged for murder.

She should have been given minimal punishment like not being allowed to leave the place or ordered her to do some social service or something like that.

The other thing about the trial concluding so fast - It is after all fiction they can't go into each and every detail of the trial that would go on for weeks if they showed happening like it happens in real life so that's not really feasible.

The things they wanted to show through the trial they have shown those things are-

Jagya - just started his journey the one who made him take this on is now facing crisis she was his strength and he was weakened by what happened to her and himself gathering strength and going on with his journey while trying to help Dsa get out of this

Anandi She will be there for her her Dadisa and will take care of his son and will not neglect her family and the Shekhars transformation into an understanding in laws

Singhs - they all stand together and fight together without resorting to any underhand methods and everybody does their bit

Dadisa - This killing Heth Singh's son has shattered her completely but she is crumbling inside but trying to be the pillar that she is for her family as well as the village people.

These are the things they wanted to show and they showed.
