Toral Rasputra as Anandi of Balika Vadhu
"All that I am, or hope to be, I owe it to my mother. Even though I am not a mother in real life, my on-screen character of Anandi in Balika Vadhu has made me experience the beautiful feeling of mother-hood and I have to admit, it's not easy at all. In-fact I have much more respect for my mother than ever before as bringing up a child in a certain manner really requires a lot of compassion, self-sacrifice and generosity and only a mother figure can do this beautifully."
My mother's teachings are my most priceless possessions and I can't imagine my life without her. Whatever good has ever happened to me I feel is only because of my mother's blessings. I want to thank her because she is the reason behind every good deed that I have done in my life. In-fact I am extremely attached to her and share everything about my life with her. She is one of the strongest women I have come across and I have so much to look up-to and learn from her. She means the world to me and I wish and pray for her peace and happiness not just on this special day but every-day of my life.
