a)becoz the makers have been bullied into telling the filler ki amar prem ki kahani by the channel on public demand which only the channel wale can see.

b)becoz the makers don't want to waste their time and talent on filler character so they are recycling their old kahania

c)becoz the makers don't have time and energy to come up with so many tracks for so many characters so they are recycling the stories for the useless characters

d)becoz THE MAN in RANGEELA has immense love for this filler character and he likes to recycle stuff.
