I think They shoot with out Shiv and then when Shi resume shot they patch scene

one Shot A is original in mob...then Shiv Mahi scene A ki BD from back but it was perfect BD

I agree fatherly feeling not there yet from Shiv. But, it is better than before, the way he agreed initially.. Shiv is not thinking anything except trying to make Anandi happy in this.. They need to show his thoughts..

I want them to show a convo between AnSh of them being nervous of their decision even though they decided to adopt... That should be there///
