i do think anandi also had started feeling for shiv...though never expressed it before marriage.. cant say she was content...😕...she had just hidden her pain ... emotions from everyone.
yeah...the coat thing i said as couldn't think of the rightful words immediately 😉

aparna...bechara was not because shiv wanted to marry anandi or was not ready to face all consequences...and he is definitely not a bechara...he is a strong man who can very well protect his woman...this bechara was a mystery that uma and khusi floated ...and i got caught in it 😆

Feeling is different from wanting.

He has bought into light the womanly feelings, which she had locked up in her heart, behind a strong wall.

But that wall did not break at one go...each stone was removed one by one , a hole big enough for the bright light to seep in...to shatter the entire darkness.

She liked him she had a lot of respect for him.But it is very clear that she was not ready to get into any relationship at that point of time.It was too soon for her.

She needed space for herself which DS did not allow her in her love for her and pushed her into a relationship when she was not ready for it at all.

Liking a person is way different from wanting to spend life with that person.

She only knew that she did not want get back to Jagya but she was not over him and she was rightly scared of investing her emotions in any man because of what happened.She was totally empty when she met him first.

The desire to spend her life with him and share her life with him came only after she got married to him and not before that.

uma...feelings eventually turn into wanting...n as u said...shiv broke that wall...brick by brick...and then she badly wanted to convince shiv that jagya was not part of her life any more. ..it was not only shiv who was after her...even anandi liked his company and they both got to spend more time because of dadisa.

Swetha, you equally gave me an attack.
A liked his company just like S? How and when?
If so, then why she ran away to study room on 2nd night of her marriage.
She opened up to him only after her realisation after weeks of her marriage. Till then she was only aware of his love and understood her importance in his life, but never responded to it as she didn't want to.

If that was so., she never would have back tracked on the night after their marriage...😆

Actually...if you felt so., U alone cannot be blamed...😆

Even Shiv felt ...she has fallen in love with him...by the time she was married...even I thought so...

Her blushes...were too noticable...until., her convo with Sumitra...

We knew that, Shiv never knew...

I blame the director to make A blush so much...on several incidents...🤣

That was absolutely not required...in my honest opinion...

But then, Shiv, b'coz of what he felt, had dared to go closer to her immead after wedding...so, I will not blame him entirely too.

But the fact is ...he understood...even then.

kavitha, uma...as i understand these are 2 different things ...loving someone and being ready to get close physically ! for a normal girl...these two may go together... as she would have never experienced it in the past ! with anandi ...she definitely was in love with shiv...but was not ready to accept it yet..never admitted to herself this fact which created a mental block in her mind with respect to physical proximity...once she accepted to herself that she loved shiv very much...things became crystal clear to her ! i dont know if am making sense...but this is what i feel.
btw...i just watched that scene now...mujhse nahin hoga 😉

I think this explains Anandi's journey towards love much better.Nobody can tell it the way Kushi can😃

I am giving my interpretation or rather the way I understand.

The first set - She was sitting in some place which is barren and parched and dry.A knight came along but her veil covered her eyes so she did not see him.The barren land is how she saw herself and that's what life has done to her it has lost it's ability to support life.The veil which dropped on her eyes is her conscious self reluctant to embrace life.

Third set - Lush green locales she is waiting for the knight waiting to be taken by him and willing to make him her own.Lush green locales is how she saw herself and this time she was all waiting for him with her eye searching for him.

Second set -It is Anandi's journey from barrenness to lush greenery. She was running after Jagya with a trophy trying to tell him that she cane be the kind of wife he wanted for himself but he went away throwing her off balance and somebody came and offered a helping hand which she did not want to take and he was everywhere she went giving her a helping hand finally she trusted him enough to take his help.

For Anandi love and physical intimacy are not two different things - For her physical intimacy is an expression of love.The reason why she ran away was because she could not do it and she could not do it because she did not love him at that time and she was not sure whether she will ever be able to feel that way towards a man again.

The time she took to fall in love is not just because of Jagya but she needed to feel complete and to be able to give because for her love is all about giving oneself.

Shiv and the rest of the world only saw a dynamic brave woman who had courage to rebuld her life again but the inner wounds were not evident till the moment came post marriage that was the first time he saw her wounds and helped her by keeping a distance so that he wounds heal she can feel whole again in order to feel his love and reciprocate his love.

For her love is all about giving yourself up for the loved one.When he first came into her life she closed her mind's eyes as well as her heart because she felt that she did not have anything left in her to give.But his friendship respect and trust healed the wounds and then she was able to love again.The dream is just telling her that she has regained her capability to love again.

if love and physical intimacy are the same for anandi...then this means she just forced herself to marry shiv for her mother's happiness...in that case she has been very unfair to shiv and used his goodness...which initially was true but afterwards...she really wanted to move on with shiv after knowing him...why did she try to convince shiv before marriage that jagya held no place in her life? that she was over him ?

shiv was already a friend to her even before marriage...and she had started to rely on him...she already felt his love...on several occasions...esp. when he gifted the payals...and confessed his feelings towards her... on day before diwali night...she was very comfortable and felt secure in his presence...though scared of his physical touch as that was something strange to her...during diwali night where she holds shiv's arm and then realizes what she has done...why would she even touch him if she had no feelings for him ?

to get into marriage with a man whom she knows loves her so much just to fulfill her mother's wish ...i dont know 🤢...nothing drastic changed after marriage except the intimacy part...shiv was still a friend to her...only he tried to get intimate with her as for him love and physical intimacy meant the same...but not for anandi .. ..this is when he gave her that space which made her overcome her inhibitions for physical intimacy...as he knew that anandi loves him but somewhere deep down she is still hounded by her ex's intimate memories.
