Why uncomfortable questions Kools ? CVs always do ghotala of legal and medical professions. I believe this is one of those. On a professional level, Shiv is not wrong per me.

Ofcourse he is not blameless in his personal front. He went along with his sister's fake act, not able to identify her drama. I agree he should not have insulted the Singhs, that too not once but twice. But, it was not foolish for him to go along with his mother. He saw everything the same way their lawyer was presenting it. He didn't a different POV.

Shiv is the only one between BOTH families that could have put a stop to this freight train of a pukeworthy case. BUT HE CHOSE to SPEED UP the TRAIN with biased and a BOTCHED UP INVESTIGATION. There are many types of people in the world. In a conflict two come to mind. Those that help and those that add fuel to a fire. Shiv was adding fuel to the fire when he was overseeing the investigation. So how pray tell, is he not guilty of misconduct not only on the job but also on the personal front with his wife. Misconduct took place in his home, in his presence, against his wife by his mother and himself (by virtue of his silence). If he was not guilty, why would he apologise.

Totally agreed. Shiv didn't break any law and didn't misuse his power. I'm sure whatever he did he is legally authorised to do that.Forget about loosing his job there is no question of him giving clarifications on something which didn't do. He has been wrong in his personal life thats it.

When ppl like ratan singh can go to jail for there deed why can't sanchi .Becz its sanchi she can't go to jail.Ganga and Dr.saa both can go to jail anytime but she can't go to jail even if she is wrong.

Alteast they should have showed her culprit in real culprit and her real plan of suicide in court then they could have shown she is mentally unstable .I can take that reason but what's this case taken back.

Almost whole year of sanchi lies and manipulation they gave us and when we were thinking chalo now she will get punished here they withdraw case.

Shiv pushed jagya in front of all society noh. so he should get punishment for defamation and further more sanchi did wrong case and reputed doctor faced such humiliation in court and Jail so she should be punished for defamation, misleading court and fake suicide attempt
