I agree Ira is being impossible due to her own grief, not only Anandi she is not even listening to any other family members, Shiv himself going thru lots of anger

But there are other family members, Daddu, choti ma and Alok, she should have mentioned atleast to them that Sumitra informed her about the marriage and also should have told that she does not wanted to disclose infront of Sanchi as she is already in pain..

Now Anandi has lost trust of Shekhar family.

Ira insulting her left and right still she is keeping quite.. I hope Ira and Sanchi does not take her silence as her weakness..

Valid point. anandi could have informed atleast chotimaa.

What was her motive to hide? Sometimes anandi's behaviour is irrational.

It is relevant as sanchi is under the impression the shaadi has not taken place.

Ira is batty about her beti - true - but yesterday - after the Singhs left and Sanchi went off on her own pipe dream - Ira was very blunt and fair with her.

I was half worried Ira too like Anandi might hide Jagya's marriage from Sanchi. But - was so happy that IRA finally told Sanchi - Jagya is NOT thinking about you. he has loads of other stuff to think of. And one of them is a new wife who he has married with proper rites.

Ofcourse - Sanchi will now try to scare her family with her ominous silence, ominous because herr family is so used to her rants that her silence will seem ominous 😳.

Anandi is now well and truly alone. Hope at some point if the CV's so desire, we can get the old creatives back and we can see some sense. Maybe some message about misunderstands occuring due to lack of sharing info AT THE RIGHT TIME.

And since they are so fond of sermons - in a marriage keeping channels of communication open and clear is the single MOST IMPORTANT thing.

No amount of bahu behaviour can help a biwi. A wife needs to a wife first and a bahu later. All her puja and vrat and aarti and kitchen skills and tray carrying will not help her if she can't get the trust and love of her husband.

@blue...i was not watching BV during JaAn days...but have read a lot about it in many threads ...that one of the causes of that marriage failing was also this...😕 of course jagya's infidelity in the past is a known fact.
but then ...they have also shown shiv appreciating this very aspect of anandi...she being caring & loving towards his family & everyone else...so even BV men want their wives to be like that 😉
sometimes i feel jagya loves ganga because she makes him feel like a man...he being her savior !

@leaves...i think this sanchi told only to her mom...anandi was not aware of it...so from her perspective, she might have thought that jagya chapter is closed for sanchi...so it doesn't matter now..but sanchi to sanchi hai...har roz naye rang dekhene ko milte hain.

i don't agree with you...the reality is when people turn against you even for small things and start glaring at you it becomes difficult to interact with them because you don't know how will they react at what...and how would have anandi brought this up...let's say she went to shiv and said shiv listen ma called to inform us that jagya has married ganga with full rituals...ira is in such phase that now matter what anandi does she will feel it's wrong...so even if anandi would have disclosed it she would have blamed anandi for disclosing such thing at such sensitive time or why giving us such happy news...rejoice on your own...the woman is crazy !!!
