@skepblun, daddu is funny in his behaviour but he is not a complete nutter. if you see after saachi blurted out the truth everyone reacted in different ways in the shekhar clan. everyone gave lenghty lectures to saachi and alok was fuming on her..and the reaction for this was saachi even more started going out of control. it is like letting a mad wild animal free for whole her life and then when found that this wild animals' actions were hurting the family they were trying to cage her...not literally but trying to subdue her to not marry jagya.

how can saachi agree to this? when all her life she did what she wanted and was allowed to by her family all her life.

So daddu here tried to go with the flow. as that is the only practical solution to this saachi problem. thats why he is hurrying the singhs to take decisions quickly. so saachi gets involved with them on a regular basis and spot the differences... and as is shown shekhars are the so called modern thinking family so a broken engagement of saachi may not matter that much for daddu. But I feel daddu should also think how much it will affect the singhs and jagya.

the above approach is the only way to deal with lovestruck youngsters. As the more you restrict them the more they rebel. I agree it may end in a break up or divorce (in case of marriage) but these people like saachi learn from this either they break off the relationship/marriage due to incompatibility or they put up with it and learn to live with it as they cant put the blame of their break up on anyone else as it was their own sole decision.

So i am not liking daddu because he is only thinking about saachi's side, he is not thinking about what if jagya may agree to this alliance because its from anandi's sasuraal.

In this case i feel very sorry for jagya. As he is just agreeing due to sumitra's reminder about anandi. Jagya's initially was correct in thinking about consulting anandi.

i am just praying that anandi does not get involved in trying to break this alliance ..as i dont want her in ira's bad books anymore.

As the things are progressing..i can see Jag's 3rd divorce (ie if he marries sanchi) and knowing sanchi she has already planned on changing singhs household which is not gonna sit well with anyone and thus straining the relation between singhs and shekhars!!

I would have so totally blamed CVs but I am not a regular watcher...and if I hv commented on the current track..i must say CVs are spot on..u know as they say..any publicity (good or bad) is good publicity 😉
