I like the part where shiv is shown thinking about anandi..

Yes this time I try to describe Shiv's state of mind after hearing the following dialogue :

"Jis pal apne mujhe pehli baar dekha, Main toh usi pal se aapka ho gaya".😛😉

Very nice, I am reliving the rush that I felt when Shiv first entered BV...thank you for recreating those moments thru Shiv's eyes...

Yup Lily, Don't you remember in confession episode Shiv told Anandi that he fell in luv the moment she saw him. I think he said .."Main toh usi waqt aapka ho gaya jab aapne pehli baar mujhe dekha. Aap kya samajhti hain mai aapko har meeting mein apne saath kyon le jata thaa"?😉

Apne CS bade Rmantic hain.

Chapter: 3 ' Dil hee toh hai

Place: Badi Haveli

All the adult members of haveli; Kalyani devi, Basant, Gehna,Sumitra were sitting (Kaltani devi was sitting with male members only as per the village custom, women were standing) in living room /Drawing room / Bhaithak. Anandi was not there.

Kalyani devi addressed to her family; 'Manne soch liyo hai ki Anandi ka byah main isii Collector se kaewaoongi. Manne toh lage ha kii Devi maa ne jaise koi dor baandh rakkhi hai Shiv aur Anandi ke beech mein'.

She stop and looking towards her family for support. Both Bahus; Sumitra and Gehna shook their head to support her by answering yes.

Bhairon was about to sip his tea but almost drop his cup of tea. Befofe saying anything to his mother he thought 'Oh God no, another fitur (Junoon, in English; Craze) Maasa is going to have? No!! I have to try to stop her'.

Before Bhairon could open his mouth to say something, Basant said in irritated tone: ' MaaSa aap bhi naa' bas kuchh bhi sochti rehti hain. Ab ye kya naya mazara hai'?

Bhairon supported his brother; ' Haan MaaSa BhaiSa bilkul thik kah rahe hain. Hunein aisa waisa kuchh bhi nahee sochna ya phir karna chahiye jisase poore Gaon mein humara mazaak bane'.

Before MaaSa could yell at her son(s) Makhan came running in.

MaaSa; ' kyun re Makhan ke ho gayo jo tu bhaga aa raha hai'?

Makhan replied with respect; ' Wo MaajiSa' Chhoti BeendaniSa ko Collector Saheb ke office bulawa aaya hai, Collector office ka aadmi bahar hai ke karooon'?

Kalyani Devi thanked DeviMaa; " Waah devi maa aapne tohkamal kae diyo, ab manne biswas ho gato hai je mai sochoonwohi aapki soch hai".

But in front of everyone She called Anandi and asked Makhan to bring that person in from Collector's office.

Anandi came down with question mark expression asked DadiSa:' ji DadiSa'?

DadiSa: 'dekh toh Collector sahib ne aadmi bhijo hai tanne bulane waste'.

Anandi: 'Bulane bheja? Par main toh abhi Nahar ki Yozana hee dekh rahee thee, phir?

Person from Collector office: "Ghani khamma Sarpanch Bitiya ab main zyada toh kuchh na janu par lage hai ki Nahar Yozana par hee batcheet karne waste aapko aur baanki saaare pancho ko bulaya hai".

Anandi: 'Khamma ghani kaka, aap jayeeye, main samay par do ghante mein aa jaoongi".

That person left but Kalyani Devi aka DadiSa's brain started functioning in Raajdhani Express (Capital Express Train's) speed.

She called Anandi in Kitchen, both obedient Bahus (Sunitra and Gehna) followed DadiSa.

DadiSa yelled at them: 'tu donan ke karne aayee? Tanne bulayo manne? Tharo naam Anandi hai ke;?

Both started mumbling; 'ji.. ji'.hmmmaa' sssa' wwwo''.

Kalyani Devi: ' Ji masa ji masa.. wo ke? Jab bulayo tab toh koi aave na, jab jarurat na hai tab dauri Aavegngi' Arrreee jaaa'..

Both bahus ran out of the kitchen.

Sumita: 'Gehna ye maasa ko kya ho gaya hai'?

Gehna: 'Pata nahee jiji'.

They saw Anandi was going to the kitchen.

Sumira: 'Gehna maasa ko Anandi se Rasoi mein kya kaam hai'?

Gehna: ' kya pata jiji'.

Place: Badi Haveli ' Kitchen

DadiSa ordered to make something good as fast as she can.

Anandi: 'par DadiSa kuchh toh batayiye ki kya banana hai'?

DadiSa: 'kuchh bhi jo tu sabse achcha banati hai, par tu toh job hi banati hai achcha hee banati hai. Hmmm achcha aisa kar matar ki pooriyan, kairi ki chaney aur sooji ka halwa bahut sa meva (dryfruits) bana de zjaldi se'.

Anandi made everything then DadiSa asked her to pack it in nice and clean Dabba.

Anandi asked DadiSa; 'Dabba mein kyon DadiSa?

DadiSa: 'Jaisa main bolu chupchaap se kar'.

Anandi packed the food and gave it to DadiSa.

DadiSa:" manne kyon de rahi hai? Yeh toh Shiv ke liye hai".

Anandi; 'Shiv? Shiv kaun? Kaheen wo collector sahib toh nahee'??

DadiSa: ' Haan wohi, usi ne manne kaha ki main aapke liye Shiv hoon Collector sahib nahee'.

Anandi: 'Par unko kyon'?

DadiSa: ' Ari tut oh kuchh samjhe hee na, usne thari jaan bachaayee toh hamara bhi kuchh faraj (Farz) hai ki nahee? Tu toh bas the samajh le ki yrh angreji ke dhanyvaad jaisa hee hi".

Anandi shook her head but still looked confused.

DadiSa was talking to herself; 'Devi maa iss chhori se kaam karano matlab Oont(Camel) se geet gawaano hai. Aab aaap hee isko sambhalo. Kuchch aisa karo ki jyada se jyada samay yeh (Shiv & Anandi) dono saath hee bitaye'.

Place: Circuit house

Shiv was getting ready. He was very happy. He never used to take this much time to get ready and also never care for his looks but today he wanted to look not only good, he wanted to to look the best.

He wore blue shirt, he got many compliments from girls in London wearing blue and for black shirts. Oh no!! Shiv hot confused thinking about London. What should he do?? Wear Blue Shirt or Black Shirt??

He had both shirts on his bed, he tried his childhood trick by closing eyes, he moved his index finger many times over shirts and then stop. His finger was pointing Blue Shirt.

.Now he was ready in light blue shirt, Nevy Blue suit and red tie, he was looking like a Greek God. He looked himself again in full sized mirror thinking; 'Kya Anandi ko main achcha dikhunga'?

He left for his new office of Jaitser thinking how he will initiate the conversation with Anandi and what he will say. He started humming a song: "Surili ankhiyon wali, Suna hai teri''. He was surprised that he is humming. What is going on but then said to himself jo bhi ho raha hai bahut pyara sa lag raha hai. He kept driving and humming till he got to his office.

Place: Collector office of Jaitser:

Anandi got off from the jeep to go to the meeting with Collector sahib and rest of the Panch. She was very annoyed because DadiSa forced her to dress like a Bride. Wearing heavy red lenhga, she was feeling shy thinking; what our new collector saheb will think? She walked towards the office of Collector, all of a sudden a man stopped her asking; 'kahaan'? That man was none other than Bheem Singh, P.A. of Collector Shiv Raj Shekhar.

Anandi; 'Collector Saheb se milne'.

Bheem Singh; 'khane ki khichadi hai kya'?

Anandi; 'matlab'?

Bheem Singh: 'bina poochche ander jana mana hai, waise aap hain kaun'

Anandi: 'Main Anandi Singh, Jaitser ki Sarpanch hoon'.

Bheem Singh: ' Humein ullu samjha hai kya?? Saheb ne mujhe kaha thaa ki Anand Singh naam ke Jaitser ke Sarpanch aayenge , unhe izzat ke saath under bithana aur mujhe aap kaheen se bhi Anand Singh nahee lagati'?

Anandi felt irritated (She thought ; ullu samjha kya hai? Ullu hee ho.) and said; ' Main hee yahaan ki Sarpanch hoon koi Anand Singh nahee, aap kisi se bhi poochch lo'.

Bheem Singh; ' Agar aisa hua na ki aap yahaan ki sarpanch huee toh kasam se mai apna sar moondwa loonga'.

Shiv entered at the same time, hearing this he felt slapping Bheem Singh.

Shiv was about to curse Bheem singh ; Bewkoof, Gadha kaheen ka, meri love story shuru hone se pehle hee lagta hai khatam kar dega.. But all he(Shiv) asked in tough voice; 'Bheem Singh hajjam (Barber) ko yaheen bula doon ya phir tum chowk tak jaoge'??

Bheem Singh got scared and attentive, he mumbled; 'ji' ji.. Sir mmm..Mai toh bas..'.

Shiv cut his mumbling conversation and said in stiff voice: 'yahee hain yahaan ki Sarpanch'.

He asked Anandi to come with him. He wanted to speak in soft voice with her but at the same time wanted to show her off that he is a Rough and tough collector. (He couldn't control his behavior. He didn't know why he is behaving like this in-front of her?).
