Dear Shruti...this is an open letter to you... I am not PMing because you did not...you could have written to me directly as I have been to Mods earlier but was never satisfied

And peeps who had not read or liked or acknowledged my comments liked your dhamaki yes that is what that I would call it...what was the reason to close my thread? Did I bash anyone...I just complimented to u all on making forum peaceful by hook or by crook and stated the facts as I see them and this is not out of the blue. I have been waiting and watching...and all will agree to that for a change I hope

I have a few small objections to your quote and since the thread is closed and I cannot respond there I had to resort to this measure...hope I atleast have this right to respond to open questions and threats

Every member has right to take part in discussions. The forum is for everyone. Noone has stopped anyone from expressing their views or sharing their thoughts/opinion or visiting the forum. There is no need to feel unwanted

Then why is my thread closed? Did I not just express my opinion?

and let's not accuse any fan groups for spreading negativity. Constructive Criticism has always been allowed. However bashing, targetting, mocking, name calling or making comments on anyone's physical appearance isNOT part of constructive criticism. You are free to approach the DT with your concerns.
When I not happy with the forum why should I not express it here...why is the need to go behind the curtains and hush hush
About SidYusha AT being closed, that was decision of the maker to move to Chat Club section. It has nothing to do with Dev Team. It was decision by members of the AT.
I just mentioned it is closed and I am sad, I did not blame anyone for this, did I?
Pratyusha left the show on her own it was her decision. She has moved on and is happy.

When did I argue or discuss about it? Why are you bringing P into it?

Whenever there is a replacement there are comparisons, arguments about who is better who has better chemistry so on. If someone plays a character for long members are used to seeing the actor and accepting new face is difficult which is understandable. Everyone have their own likes/dislikes and reasons to watch the show-story/plot, actors, characters, entertainment etc. Once the comparisons are started discussions thread are often turned into battle ground with members making comments on each other. Passing remarks on each other, calling names is not going to help or bring any change to the story/plot.
Did I ever do that? Please this is an open challenge to anyone if they see any such comment from me in this forum...why cant I express my thoughts the way I did...I just bashed BV and that is my right or is this BV appreciation forum only?
Dev Team are here to maintain the peace and decorum of the section and not to make anyone feel unwanted. If you have concerns/suggestions with regards to the forum you can talk with the DT about it. DT wishes to make the place better for members but is not possible without members help.

Believe me I have tried that and with the kind of response you gave now to my thread who will come to you or your team? What was wrong in it I am still not able to understand...but then why come here now...if direct saying results to this then I am not the one to say salaam all the time...this world is too big and your forum too small for me...

You may close this thread if you want...but please do not give any lame excuse...I will not be back

I was all busy in last week couldn't even checked the thanda pheeka forum!!! SY AT closing was our decision just because this forum turn to "TORAL APPRECIATION FORUM"... I can't stand with a below average product when I am paying my hard earned money...
2nd... your thread closed so quick I didn't even get chance to comment!!! Otherwise it was only me who was crying for this 😔
Your objections are quite appropriate... Couldn't we object anything wrong or express our feelings??? What is wrong in that???
I don't know about others but I am very much impressed with clarity of your thoughts!!! Sangi we belong to each other, we are there we meant to be!!! Let it be this forum a deserted place!!!

On Sangi's blocked thread, I particularly said I was not answering any questions on the closure of the SY AT and to refer to the last AT for an answer.

So, why is this being cited in the reasons for closure?

And regardless of what feedback has reached the mods / global mods, a large section of the BV Forum members was made to feel like outcasts.

That is the sole reason why this Forum is so silent now.

Why mod need to clear that SY AT closure was our own decision???

Is there any valid reason to close the thread... If expressing your thoughts are crime on Toral Appreciation Forum tell us we won't commit it again...

It's really sad. The post that was closed was not offensive. And still people say the decision to move out of the forum is entirely 'theirs'. The intellectuals do not see how some people are being hounded or driven away or they are just too intelligent n want to watershed it.

It's a sad day here at the forum but yes let this boing forum be enjoyed by those who do not wish to hear one word of dissent

But before I sign off, a story I was reading to my kid few days back

There was a huge mansion with a beautiful garden. The garden bloomed with all the colorful flora. The mansion was inhabitated by an ogre. No one entered the place and the ogre took great pride seeing his immaculate garden
Days passed n some kids playing in nearby field came to look at the garden as their curiosity led them to this place. They loved this spot and wanted to play here. Kids being kids, brought laughter n fun with them. But of course the garden would not stay as immaculate as it was before. The ogre became very cross and build tall fences around his garden. The kids could not enter this place.
The ogre was very happy initially but slowly started feeling very depressed. Their was no fun being all alone there. He realized he had to change or live a lonely life with no friends n no one to laugh around him. The walls he put up to prevent the kids from entering had to go away. He started breaking this fence and let the children come and have fun.

Well the forum people may decide what kind of forum do they want. Let them drive away the kids who bring a different view, who likes to have fun, who cry easily but then laugh even better.

I am in complete agreement with Sangy's response.

The mild response of the moderators in aiding those who have been marginalized by the opposing fandom has been utterly disappointing.

If fair moderation were truly to be conducted, the members of the SY AT would not have felt the need to leave the forum as they were constantly told to do or rather harassed incessantly by other members to do so because we were ruining the "peaceful" atmosphere of the forum. We did not leave then because we refused to be harassed into leaving the forum and thought fair moderation of the forum would reign in the actual negativity in the forum that was wrought upon us by the other fandom. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

When we saw that moderators would not come to our aid, our frustration increased and yes there were many threads where rules were broken. What did you expect? When you marginalize, you radicalize individuals. I am not saying everyone took upon the radical approach, but surely some did because being told to keep quiet and not criticize what they didn't like in the show was somehow not allowed anymore on this forum where all sorts of discussion should be allowed. Yes, we left the forum of our own accord, on our own terms, but don't ever misconstrue that as this NOT being your fault, because you had plenty to do with it with your continued stark silence. Remember always that your indifference is more crime than these individuals who constantly harassed us on the forum for being part of a certain fandom.

Sadly, we did not receive any such support and we were called out for misbehavior on forum, when worse had been done by others. Instead of reprimanding those individuals, their voices were allowed to be heard with minimal restrictions whilst we faced hawk-like scrutiny at every single post that was made, on the AT and the forum.

Thank you for your epic failure, we have learnt many life lessons from your silent indifference.

@ bold - What is all this?😕 First, people leave this place saying it is not worthy of their presence. Then they come back and say they were driven out! Common people , enough of this! Can't we let go and stay happily! Why so much emotional trauma in a virtual world! Am not lecturing...these are truly my feelings!

If u r not at all fault there is no need to feel aggravated. If u r at fault u do not have right to feel aggravated. That's all I have to say.

samvi dont take tense .if some people cannot understand what moderator trying to say that why they close particular thread and again come with dt complaining thread then what can v do .let them open 1000 dt complain thread .mod will deal this type of thread
