Toral is BY NO MEANS an excellent choice to play Anandi.

She is not even good.

She is just "okay". And even okayish has got more to do with scenes, dialogues and writing than her acting.

By virtue of her height and better voice she seems better in scenes of Anandi the social reformer. Otherwise she is not fitting in the character. Not a very good screen presence either.

Looks - the less said the better.

Pratyusha was not perfect but she was not that bad either. She was exceptional in sad/depression scenes, good in romantic scenes, fine in normal scenes with family. Her weaknesses were never repulsive or intolerable the way...you get the drift!!

I no longer bother about Anandi or her scenes now.

Toral is a very talented but unlucky actress because she is trying to fit into a someone s place. What she can do if others are not good in acting..how far she alone can pull others along with her. Afterall, she is new to show and she is brilliant ...
